Great location
House was clean and in a great location. The only thing we missed is having a full length mirror for when you get dressed. Short Uber ride to the quarter and safe location. There is a bar/restaurant next door if you get hungry and don’t want to leave the house. Expensive but an option. All in all, would recommend and definitely stay again.

This home was in a perfect location. It was only a block away from the Trolly line which we took to wherever we needed to go. The living room / kitchen area combo had everything we needed. Bailey was a great host.

Great Stay
We had a great stay here! The location is central to so many attractions. There are several amazing restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Maïs Apres, it is exceptional and a 7 minute walk. Also Butcher is a 10 minute walk in the warehouse district.

Weekend Getaway
This little apartment was so cute and perfect for mine and my mom’s weekend getaway to NOLA! It was clean and well stocked with all necessities. The host was very kind and always responded quickly when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to Trolley, Safe area
This property is one block from the St. Charles trolley line. The area seemed safe. We had no issues. The only thing we didn’t like was the doors creaked making it difficult to not wake anyone in the apartment. Also, the temperature does not stay on the temperature we chose. It was either programmed or the owner changed it in their nest app.

Great Location
Our stay was one of many stays while on our Blue Highway trip that lasted 12 days. We stayed 2 days in New Orleans at this location and enjoyed the surrounding area. There are some great restaurants in the area like Gris-Gris... So delicious!! We Ubered to Frenchmans street a few times as most of the fun is a short Uber drive away. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the kitchen is stocked if you want to cook a meal. We picked this property because we had been on the road for a week and needed to do some laundry. The owner provided laundry soap and dryer sheets and the washer and dryer are newer and worked great! You will need a sleeping mask for the back bedroom as light comes in from the windows and our only complaint is the pillows. We felt we would have slept better with 2 pillows per person and if they were pillows of a higher quality. Other than that our stay was great! We felt safe and the neighborhood gets very quiet at night.

Excellent property
This is a very upscale property in a great neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you need and everything worked properly. I do wish there was basic cable TV so that I did not have to stream the football games which kept buffering but I understand why property owners do not want to commit to that. Parking was very easy right in front of the house and there is a brand new restaurant and bar next-door which looked fantastic. I would highly recommend and will stay again.

Fantastic place to stay
We wish we had longer in this lovely apartment, which is in a great location. It is spotlessly clean with lovely sized rooms and there are some wonderful places to eat locally if you don’t fancy going into the city centre. The host responded immediately to any questions; we would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Oasis
My family and I were in NOLA for a college tour and Essence Fest. The apartment was clean and cozy. Street parking is available, but I recommend you to hop on the streetcar (one block away) to popular attractions. After a long day of crowds and loud noise, it was nice to come home to quietness. Lastly, the host was very accessible. Thank you, Bailey. We enjoyed our visit.

Perfect for our trip!
Former locals, this place was perfect for our needs. Felt safe, car parked right outside front door, easy to get to Ruby Slipper for breakfast, around the corner to the street car, and easy to get onto the highway to other destinations. Only comment is that if you need it dark to sleep, bring an eye mask. The nearby lights are helpful for safety…but we always felt safe anyway. Host was amazing and helpful. Kids were super impressed with the decor. Our teen son slept in the couch, and was very happy with the arrangement. Will stay there again!

Absolutely fantastic property. Beautifully decorated, clean, everything needed for a short stay. Communication with property manager was excellent! I was really surprised how quiet the area was being so close to town and major streets. Easy walking distance to St Charles streetcar to get around. Clean & Refreshing
Very well-kept property that was spotless, comfortable, and up-to-date with appliances that made us feel like we were at home. The neighborhood felt safe and there was always a place to park without having to worry about paying for parking like at some places. Bailey was easy to get in contact with when we needed to extend our stay and made it easy for us vs trying to work with a 3rd party company. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice property, great owner communication
Property was clean and equipped with all the essentials. Pretty much exactly as pictured and described. Communication with owner was prompt and effective. Very convenient (1 block) to St. Charles Street Car. I would say it’s on the edge of the garden district as the interstate is 1 block away. We are from a rural Illinois community so the city life (streets, sounds, safety concerns) were a bit intimidating at first, but we figured it out and didn’t encounter any problems. Restaurants, WWII museum, even fast food and Walgreens are all within walking distance.

Wonderful stay!
This was such a great property and great location! Bailey was a great host. Quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was gorgeous and looked exactly like the pics we saw online. The area was quiet and within walking distance to some great restaurants and short driving distances to main attractions and nightlife We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely book again with Bailey. Check in was a breeze and Bailey even allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm.....will definitely book again! Bailey's property was amazing! .

Short Family Visit to Garden District
The rental description was accurate. Checkin was super easy. Apartment was comfortable, fresh updates to finishes. Conveniently located. The only complaint I have is the comforter in one of the beds clearly had not been cleaned. It smelled of body Oder. I washed the comforter. Everything else was very clean. I would have given 5 stars except for the dirty comforter.
