“This home was close to downtown and across the street from the gardens. It had everything you could've needed in it. Even makeup wipes which was a nice touch. The owner even had it decorated for Christmas and the tv on with Christmas music when we got there. It was very cozy and comfortable. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The check in process was a bit “dark” but it was stuff that will be easily fixed for the next guest. The place is nice, clean, and has cool decor. The furniture is good, the tv is big, and the bed is comfy. It isn’t stocked with much so make sure to bring everything you need (like all your toiletries, creamers, condiments).”

“This place was a more than enough space for 3 adults and dog. Space was clean and perfect for hanging out on the down time. Here for Army ceremonies. Close to stores, coffee bar right on corner to grab a cub of Joe in the morning. Fenced yard for the dogs was great. Our host, Evan was prompt in communication and questions we had. Would recommend. Good price for the off season too- less than any decent hotel with more offerings.”

“This was my second stay at the property. It wasn’t as clean as the first time. I had to take out the prior guest’s trash from both trash cans. These things can happen, so hopefully is was just a one-off. This is a two story carriage house and the upstairs unit is also rented. There are hardwood floors and there is little insulation. Both stays I had awful upstairs neighbors who made it very difficult to sleep. This time the neighbors were nocturnal with a dog that ran back and forth all night...
