Mom/Son Trip

Great house, great location. Walking district to restaurants, shops and bars. Two streets from Comal River/Texas Tubes. 20 minutes to float Guadalupe, less than 10 minutes to Gruene. Backyard was great - the same as the photos! Stocked nicely! Small house but set up very comfortably to where you didn’t even notice it was only 2 bedrooms.Can’t wait to book again!

This charming home is perfect for a family vacation. I rented it because of the backyard but the home itself was very charming and comfortable and had everything we needed. The backyard is GREAT, with firepit, cowboy pool, 2 grills & a covered picnic table. The home is located on a quiet, quaint street. One of the highlights was sitting on the front porch watching a family of deer roam from house to house, listening to the birds & seeing a hummingbird enjoy a drink from the dew on the sunflowers next door. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend

We stayed at this property for girls' weekend and absolutely loved it. The house was exceptionally clean and there was a nice little welcome gift when we arrived. The backyard is fantastic for hanging out near the firepit and the house is conveniently located to downtown New Braunfels. We would all highly recommend staying here!

Lovely Stay!

This is definitely a booking that I will repeat! My daughter (9 yr old) and I felt safe and comfortable! Everything was so nice and organized! Love being in touch with property owner! And the deer were a nice surprise to watch!

Home away from home

The host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. This was the perfect place for my family and I, it was clean and felt so cozy. The ac was amazing in July! That was a major bonus! I especially enjoyed the backyard and look forward to visiting again in the cooler months so that we can enjoy the campsite seating area.

Great location and set up for families

We booked this last minute. The location was perfect! Close to the park and anything you would want to drive to. Plenty of beds for a family, a large yard for kids. The cowboy pool was perfect for them also. Fully stocked kitchen and bath/laundry amenities. Will absolutely stay again if in the area.

Great stay for floating the river!

The home was clean well supplied and super easy to stay at. The guys enjoyed the back yard with washers. Check in was so easy! Located super close to downtown, it was a quick drive to food. We loved it!

4 th of July in New Braunfels

We had a great holiday celebration at the house! Location was perfect to downtown and the river and the parade and fireworks. So clean and quiet and equipped with everything we could want or need! We will definitely come back! Thank you for hosting!

Perfect times 3! Great house, great location, great backyard!

The house was everything you see as advertised. The homeowner quickly provided suggestions for our activity interests. We walked to shopping & dinner places every evening. Even walked to the tube rental company. Got in the vehicle 1-day because of the rain!!! The backyard firepit was a large hit.

Great place to stay by river and downtown!

Warm cottage feeling home with nice backyard! We grilled out one night and ate mostly at the amazing restaurants downtown. The kitchen was well equipped and provided drip coffee! The ice maker was a plus and the dining table was very comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed crashing in the living room with nothing on while reading or playing board games. The kiddos enjoyed having their own TV in the bedroom. I wish the master bed TV was hung on the wall because it was hard to view while in bed. The neighborhood was very chill for most of the time but we did hear infrequent daytime industrial noise. It wasn’t a problem for us because our kids were louder. :) The backyard is just precious!! Plenty of chair seating around a fire with a picnic table under the coverage area. All in all it was basically the same price as a suite in a nice hotel. The house was something we would consider upon a second visit to New Braunfels!

Great place to stay
