This was our second visit to this complex. Different unit and management company, great location. Peaceful, lovely views of river and wildlife. We stayed for a month, so our requirements are different from those who use this place for summer. WiFi good, if slow
Check in was OK, but directions for using the door code were confusing. Response from the management company was good. Response from the management company was also good when we had a minor repair. I also asked for a vacuum cleaner. It wasn't clear that they would supply one, but two days later a brand new one (in box) was delivered. We had to assemble (minor detail) but we needed a screwdriver to attach the handle -- couldn't find one!
Our biggest hiccup: complex gate entry code was changed without notice, locking us out temporarily.
This unit had better quality furnishings than our prior unit. Glad to have washer/dryer & iron/ironing board. But no place to put clothes. Some drawers in the bedrooms (even Rubbermaid plastics in the closets!) and some hangers, please!
Kitchen is equipped for the summer visitors with sufficient dishes/glassware (all plastic) and good quality cookware, including tools for the BBQ grill (didn't use), toaster, coffee maker, etc. but lacked some basic things -- serving bowls, serving utensils, a working can opener, etc. We found a resell store to supplement. Who doesn't supply place mats to protect a nice table?!? Nonworking ice machine, but ice tray in freezer.
Overall, a good visit.
