Excellent property!!
This place is pristine and nicely furnished. It sits about 15 mins from Greune and such a great value! The view and access of the Guadalupe River is so beautiful! There’s not a lot of provided items such as spices and such, but they state that right in the description, so just pack accordingly. We didn’t cook anyway, rather enjoyed local restaurants. Wildflour Bakery and Grill had AMAZING breakfast! I highly recommend this property as it’s so awesome and so reasonably priced! We’ll definitely be back!!

Great location, Easy to get to SA/Austin etc.
This was our second visit to this complex. Different unit and management company, great location. Peaceful, lovely views of river and wildlife. We stayed for a month, so our requirements are different from those who use this place for summer. WiFi good, if slow Check in was OK, but directions for using the door code were confusing. Response from the management company was good. Response from the management company was also good when we had a minor repair. I also asked for a vacuum cleaner. It wasn't clear that they would supply one, but two days later a brand new one (in box) was delivered. We had to assemble (minor detail) but we needed a screwdriver to attach the handle -- couldn't find one! Our biggest hiccup: complex gate entry code was changed without notice, locking us out temporarily. This unit had better quality furnishings than our prior unit. Glad to have washer/dryer & iron/ironing board. But no place to put clothes. Some drawers in the bedrooms (even Rubbermaid plastics in the closets!) and some hangers, please! Kitchen is equipped for the summer visitors with sufficient dishes/glassware (all plastic) and good quality cookware, including tools for the BBQ grill (didn't use), toaster, coffee maker, etc. but lacked some basic things -- serving bowls, serving utensils, a working can opener, etc. We found a resell store to supplement. Who doesn't supply place mats to protect a nice table?!? Nonworking ice machine, but ice tray in freezer. Overall, a good visit.

On the river
This is our second year coming to this exact condo, it is so nice and right on the river. We have done quick little river trips with friends close to our kids going back to school as an adult trip to get away. Very nice little property, can walk right into the water and enjoy the peaceful area.

Disappointing stay-not as advertised
Location was good. However, several issues with appliances not working. * Microwave broken completely * Both TV's in bedroom had remotes that did not control TV's/no written directions or verbal ones given on how to use remotes? Reached out to owners to see if we could get microwave replaced as I have handicapped husband who uses microwave a lot to prepare meals. They said that they could not replace in the 5 days we were staying. We offered to get a budget microwave under a 100 dollars to use while we were there, provided that they deduct that amount from our bill. They denied our request and said that they did not want to replace it. Even though it was a terrible inconvenience to my husband. Did not seem to be concerned at ALL. TV's : they asked for pictures, videos of them not working which were sent. Then they said that since they got them the second day that they would not come out to look at them. So no TV in either bedroom for the whole week. It was advertised with working TV's in both bedrooms. My husband spent most of his time indoors as he is disabled and not being able to go to his room to rest and watch TV was very difficult for him. No offer of deducting any money from our bill as we did not receive the services we paid for completely. In fact, no direct communication with the owner. Just a service as a go between. Bottom Line: Service not as advertised. Plenty of other units there that I am sure had working microwave/TV's. Rent them not this unit!

Great little spot
A couple of friends and i stayed here for a girls trip in the middle of the week. The condo had great access to the river just down the hill. Everything was clean and instructions were perfect. We had a great time.

Amazing location for a girls' weekend!
My best friend and I visited for a weekend to see her husband (a touring musician) play at Whitewater Ampitheater and have some "mom's time" away from our kiddos. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the view of the river from the back patio is absolutely gorgeous. The drive time to and from the Whitewater Ampitheater was about 6 short minutes, which was also a bonus! Communication from the property manager was top-notch; they accommodated our request for early check-in, and when I had a few questions upon check-in, they responded to my texts within minutes. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay! :)

I booked this weekend for my mom on her 77th birthday. Everything about this condo was perfection! Gorgeous, comfortable, roomy and leads right out yo the river bank. Nature at its best is right outside the back lanai… I’ve already recommended to another family member and she booked right away! Thank you for your most generous hospitality

Perfect quiet getaway
We were in New Braunfels for a friend’s wedding. The condo was very quiet and clean. The river is just steps away from the back porch which made it very relaxing with morning coffee. I chose this condo because it was a girls weekend, and I wanted to feel safe during our stay. The gated community was reassuring. The unit also has a designated parking spot right outside the unit. My husband and I hope to make the trip as well.

November Serenity
This property was exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean, very comfortable and quiet. We needed a peaceful place to stay for a six night getaway and loved every minute of our time there. The back view was amazing and we felt very much at home there.

Mother in law trip
This trip was for my mother in law. She is elderly with limited mobility. She asked to spend some time by a river and this was the perfect place. The river was accessible for her. The condo was very well designed for her mobility issues and very clean. The furniture was the best I have ever seen in a rental. Beds were Very comfortable and the master bathroom had an handicap accessible shower. The location was excellent. We will return.

Last summer fun trip
We decided last minute on a little weekend trip to the river for summers last blast. We thought we might have missed the sun/fun by a weekend, but it was a great weekend! Sun, fun, laughter & friends. The property is along the river, and you can get in just a few 100 yards from the patio! Place was very clean and really nice.

Quick getaway
the property is nice - the condo was excellent. Just right for a quick getaway prior to my son's return to college. It was nice and peaceful for the most part - one of the neighbors must of had an Xbox or something and was allowing their kids to play it on a very loud volume which shook the entire condo. Luckily they stopped around 10pm so it wasn't an extreme issue. Regarding the rules of wearing the wrist bans - I get it if we were at the pool or out on the property, but if we are within the condo porch grilling I don't understand someone coming by and asking us to wear the wrist bans - it was just me and my husband, my son was inside - I told the lady it is just us and it was our last night (so we had already taken them off) and she went thru the spill about making sure it wasn't more than 6 people per condo - I get it - but dang I think she should of tried to figure out who had a game going on that was louder than it needed to be. Other than that it was a perfect couple of days. The condo needs a cutting board, dish towels and perhaps some coasters for drinks so that way no one messes up the wood tables. Also a cover for the outdoor patio would be a good idea, so that it doesn't get dusty or have the ducks sit on them. Just my suggestions. But the condo itself was beautiful - would love to come back another time.
