Centro histórico New Bern condominio de dos habitaciones en el corazón de nuestra ciudad. Más de quince restaurantes / bares a una cuadra. Tiendas de regalos especializados, ferreterías de principios de siglo, tiendas de ropa para damas y caballeros te rodean. A una cuadra de la confluencia de los ríos Neuse y Trent en Union Point Park. No hay más ubicación central que esto. Un lugar perfecto para escapadas románticas! Tryon Palace, casas históricas y parques están justo afuera de la puerta principal.

The perfect location for your New Bern stay!!!
This condo is in the very heart of everything in New Bern. The best dining and the best shopping are all within a 3 - 10 minute walk.One note to be aware of: you must climb 24 stair steps to get to these condos. The check-in process was simple. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need except the food itself. The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a very nice convenience. There was plenty of hot water, and we were able to control the temperature in our unit.No complaints!!

Great location and great accommodations
We had a great time and the accommodations were great. The location is magnificent to get around to everything down downtown. We apent our Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was easy to use and had everything I needed to fix our Thanksgiving feast. Would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect location for New Bern
This VRBO was a great place to stay for down town New Bern. We walked to all shops, restaurants, bars... The property had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to our questions and we would stay at this location again if we were to return to New Bern. Only note to make is that if you are staying in Unit A you only have access to the front of the building. You do have a parking spot in the back of the building and can use the front door street parking for unloading or loading your car.

Perfect location.
Great location. It is not in the clock tower building. That's city hall. It's across the street from the clock tower city hall building. Bathroom fans are very load and should be looked into. If you have heavy luggage be prepared to climb a very steep long flight of stairs. One parking space a little tricky to find, but owner was helpful. Public parking close by at no charge. Don't let the paper covers of the windows on the ground level deter mislead you to thinking the place is not in good shape. Otherwise, everything is great.

Always the Perfect Stay
This is my second time staying in this property. The downtown location is perfect, and the property is as pictured in the listing. The only thing that would make this property better is if it had outdoor space, but you can find that is the lovely park across the street! Thank you again!

Great place in Downtown
The stairs would be difficult for people with mobility issues but otherwise the condo is cute and comfortable. Great restaurants in walking distance....we tried the Bay Leaf (Indian Food) and had a drink at Poppy's (wanted to try their Beast Burger, but we tried to go on Tuesday and it was closed). So close to the water and the Pepsi Store. Very cute town!!!

Fun weekend getaway
We had not been to New Bern in 35 years! -So great to have this condo as a base to rediscover this lovely city. The unit was right in the middle of all the cute shops, restaurants, bars & bears! ArtWalk was going on Friday night. We also loved getting steps in at Tryon Palace & waterfront parks and paths. Instructions for parking & checking in to unit came quickly. The condo itself was beautiful with high ceilings and view of the clock tower. Beds were comfortable, towels fluffy, and kitchen was well stocked. Great weekend!
