“We had an amazing stay at the Hygge Lodge! Very spacious communal areas for a large group, including young children. The kitchen is large and well-stocked and perfect for group meals. The location on the water is beautiful and the kayaks/paddleboards were used a ton. Absolutely recommend for a large group wanting to enjoy a relaxing lakeside vacation.”

“Charming really describes this house. It has all the things I love about older homes - wood floors, doors, and casings. The decorations make you feel at home. And the house has everything you need. My teenage granddaughter gave it high marks. There is quite a bit to do in Chippewa Falls. Irvine park is beautiful. And we always need to go to Olson’s ice cream whenever we are anywhere near the area!”

“This is an amazing property and a great stay. I always try to leave something to be improved on however: There is a small hornet/wasp nest somewhere under the stairs down to the lake, near the shed. Several people were stung. But it was not a constant problem so the nest must be small, but probably worth removing. “Our family absolutely loved this house and especially enjoyed the water and all of the extra toys included! There were 12 of us ranging in age from 5-67, and there was more than enough space for all. The house is beautiful, spacious and very well stocked. We loved that we could sit in the lawn chairs and keep an eye on the kids while they were swimming, and the garage served as a wonderful game room to occupy the kids in the evenings. We would definitely rent here again!”

“Wonderful 4 days spent together with family. House is stocked with everything. Kids loved all the games, went kayaking, lots of lawn furniture to relax in around the campfire, pet friendly, no luck fishing, but we tried. Experienced the local zoo, mini water park, meat markets and a couple terrific ice cream shops! Great place to stay!”

“Stayed here for an anniversary vacation, and enjoyed every minute. Home was clean, inviting and comfortable. Deck overlooking the water was a favorite place to sit. Hill to the dock was a little steeper than I thought from photos, but we made do. Fish cleaning station is a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful shower with great water pressure.(We all know we've stayed in places that was not the case.) Would highly recommend.”
