The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend”

“Great location, next to MUA & the beach (secluded). Very clean room, not a single insect!! That's rare. Had a very good sleep assisted by gentle sea waves. I would like for them to invest in mini fridge. Other than that, highly recommended. ”

“The hotel is next to Port Zante and all the tourists stores for the cruise ships. Good downtown location. Two minute walk to the Ram's large grocery store. My room was large and all the rooms come with a mini kitchen. It was stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, knives, silverware, electric stove, large fridge. The AC is in the ceiling, quiet, and it kept the room cold. My room faced the main street, Bay Road. But, with the windows closed it was quiet. I think it's the best downtown Basseterre...
