“This adorable place is fantastically located right in the heart of Ouray. Loved our visit there and it’s a gorgeous place. We were missing enough towels when we arrived but they got right back to us.”

“The property is exactly as described online. The condo had the very best equipped kitchen with all items necessary to cook a meal at the end of a long day of skiing. Additionally, we appreciated the covered parking. I would highly recommend this comfortable and beautiful condo. We look forward to our next stay!”

“The place is in a great location close to the market and river. You don’t need a car if you stay here. Exterior was painted while we were there so it looks nice! Everything was just as described and perfect for our family. We had a great time!”

“We were pleasantly surprised when we walking into this property at how clean and comfortable it was. The beds were comfortable, the furniture wasn't old and run down and the house was nicely decorated. Nice size kitchen and 2 baths made it a comfortable stay for us. It was pouring rain when we arrived so it was a bit stuffy but there were fans available to help move the air. Great property and would stay here again.”

“Very cute and spacious apartment located in a very cute town! Within walking distance to anything you could want. Was a little noisy with the windows open at night due to the bar across the street but was quiet by 11. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The home was perfect for our family of 5. Kids loved the rooms downstairs, running around outside and the games. Great location, short walk to the market, gondola and town. Other advice is if you arrive at night, better directions would be helpful. We got in around at midnight and it took us about 30 minutes to find the place. Got to parking lot and building but find the unit was a challenge. After we found it, everything was awesome!”

“This is a great property with multiple amenities and walking distance to the gondola. If traveling in the summer months the upstairs loft area gets warm/hot since this locations does not have AC. The property manager is helpful and quick to respond to any needs. I would recommend this location for anyone traveling to Mt Village / Telluride.”

“This was our 3rd trip to Telluride and our favorite rental here so far. The home was very well equipped. We had an issue with the coffee maker but the manager replaced it the following day. The kitchen has everything but could use some new dishware, many items were chipped. We did not realize that the master bed was queen bed instead of a king. The home lighting is rather dark could use some improvements. Also the shades in the master bedroom were also hard to use. Overall we loved the unit and...

The online guidebook was easily accessible and had all the information we needed for the property. The unit was clean and everything was in working order.
