This property is as described. I was a little worried reading some reviews saying the property looked nothing like the pictures. All the pictures are legit. The property is perfectly positioned for walking to the beach and pool with great views of the beach and water on the balcony. Everything worked as it should minus the blow dryer. The switch was broken so you have to stick something in the hole to change the temp. Above the sink water drips continuously, condensation? Idk, but it was yucky cooking or doing dishes with water dripping down in several different places. The water has a "fish" smell. The cookware could be updated. Looked like old used things from Goodwill. Nothing was there but a roll of TP and a couple soaps. As for outside of the property, very expensive. Groceries are through the roof at the Hi-Lo. Idk how these people pay for the groceries when it looks poverty ridden outside of the resort. A head of cabbage was 10 U.S. dollar, 2 rolls of paper towels were 12 dollars-and this was at the Hi-Lo. If you go to the gas station or tourist shops, they see you coming and charge a killing. Rides were super expensive. We were told by several people it would cost a couple bucks to go to the store or down the road to shop. NOT. A minimum of 20 U.S. dollars to go down the road and that was with haggling about the price. You finally get tired of arguing and just pay them if you want to leave the resort. Was a huge downside of the trip. Property was worth the price paid.
