“Oh we fell in love with the Cabin immediately, the location is great, and the drive to the cabin just GORGEOUS with Scottish Highland cows and beautiful Lucy green rolling fields to look at with a pristine little mountain creek along the way. “A very lovely cabin with a wonderful host. She walked us around to show us how everything worked. The beds were very comfortable. And shopping is about 2 minutes away. Everything was convenient in the cabin and it was very relaxing. ”

“My sister and I had a great stay at the Lake House. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The location is great! Very close to Main Street activities and central to outdoor adventures. Upon arrival, the hosts had fresh baked, delicious strawberry and blueberry muffins there for us! Great place to stay!”

“My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was clean, very nicely decorated and well appointed. It also had great views of the blue ridge mountains and sunset. It was close to downtown where we enjoyed dinner and met some friendly people along the way. Overall we had a fantastic, relaxing stay and would definitely be back. Highly recommend this cabin if you are looking to visit Franklin or nearby Bryson City, Highlands etc. ”

“My husband and I visited the Firefly to celebrate our marriage and we had a lovely time. It’s the perfect place to cozy up with a good book near the fire. We also brought our dog, and she probably had more fun than we did running around the yard. Overall, a great stay and we would absolutely come back. My only suggestion would be getting some new cooking utensils because the ones provided are a bit melted and chipping.”

“I'd rate this 4 1/2 stars-- a great place to get away in the mountains and with beautiful views, but must keep in mind that you are getting a mountain cabin so without some of the luxuries. The good: a view to kill for, and with the sun and clouds turning it into constantly changing panorama; 15 minutes from hiking; very clean and comfortable; two very comfortable queen beds. Totally isolated, sing to your heart's content. The minor faults: There were some things that you would normally...
