As far as the property itself, we knew from the pictures and other reviews what to expect, and it met our needs. Our problem is we reserved the property for a Fri and Sat night, paid our fee and received a email confirmation from VRBO Then we received a message from the property owner stating the property was not available for Fri, but they could still rent it to us for Sat. There is only two ways this could happened, the property owner is an incompetent business person or they had a more profitable side deal with someone. We made the decision to stay just the one night. Their rate for the two nights originally planned was $x per night plus a $x cleaning fee and a $x service fee. When our stay was reduced to one night, at the fault of the property owner, we we were still charged the full $x cleaning fee and $x service fee that it would have been for two nights. Its not the money its the point, no reputable business person does things that way.
