Perfect for us
This place is beautiful and cozy. Very well appointed with all the gadgets one might need. We loved the huge balcony with plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. Our family of 2 adults and 4 children were very happy there. Would stay again!

Beautiful beach location!
Beach is magnificent, view from condo and outdoor patio space was great. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The only improvement I could suggest is some updating in bathrooms. We would definitely stay again.

Great place
Very spacious. Well equipped with the things you need in the kitchen. Really nice set up. We loved the condo! But… Housekeeping came in the condo the day before we were supposed to check out. A little frustrating but they made a mistake. Then on our day of checking out they came in the condo before normal checkout time and then again an hour later. We told them we had a late check out. It didn’t leave me with a sense of security!

A Wonderful Week Away!
This is our second visit to Regency 305, and it is the perfect vacation destination for us! The condo is clean and cozy. And with views of the waves, the pier, the sunrise and the sunset, it simply can't be beat! The beach is clean, and shells were abundant! And visiting in November means that it is still warm during the day, and crowds are minimal. Our visit to the British Pedlar was definitely a highlight for my husband! Just a short drive from the condo, we bought tea, jam, and hand pies. And it was fun to just browse all things British! We truly enjoy Navarre and hope to return again soon!

Absolutely love it!!!
The condo was fantastic. Everything was clean and comfortable and we had no issues at all. The view was amazing. The pool is great. My teenagers had the best time. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Lovely property with everything you need for a wonderful stay ! This unit was large, very clean and had an amazing view! Beds were comfortable and the decor was so inviting! Even had a basket of throw blankets in case you got a little chill . Bring your coffee filters for the Mr Coffee and what you like for cocktails and you will be set ! Husband and I had a great stay !

Family Vacation
We absolutely loved this place. We are already talking about booking it for next year. It was the perfect size and location on the beach. It had great parking, elevator and fantastic view of the Gulf. It was clean, but for the price, it should have been cleaner. We found food under a chair in the living room, popsicle stick under dining room table, brown “stuff” all over the floor of the deck and a hair on the guest room toilet. Again, we LOVED this place and will be back…I just wish that the cleaning crew did a better job.

Stunning condo
The condo and beach were spectacular. The kitchen was fully stocked and beds were very comfortable. The decor was welcoming and comfortable as well. Unfortunately the communication with regard to building repairs were horrible. Rented for February & January 2023 and relocated in February due to no balcony access. When we arrived in March, still no balcony or pool until last 10 days. Owner wasn’t flexible with compensation due to inconvenience. However, the ‘owner group’ was very welcoming and inclusive in daily activities (cards, crafts, dinners) in the meeting room.

Amazing Vacation!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Navarre Beach so much. It was the perfect location for us! We loved how much quieter it was here compared with Pensacola or Destin. Being just steps from the beach was amazing!

BETTER THAN EXPECTATIONS!!!
If you are looking to get away from the noise, hustle bustle of the touristy areas, this is your place! Quiet and peaceful! If you like all the touristy stuff, this may not be your place. However, all that is just 15 minutes away. The condo is 5-Star! Clean, bright and cheery!!! Great balcony for coffee at sunrise, adult beverages at sunset as the view and sounds of the waves fill the air! Highly recommended! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Very nice property with good furnishings. Vacasa has to improve their check-in procedure.....we were literally locked out (with all our stuff inside) with a baby for 2 hours due to an erroneous code for the door. The door was unlocked when we arrived. Vacasa was only marginally resposive , promising call backs that never came. Had better response from the on-site folks who did not even manage the property. Dishes and glasses excellent, pans (as usual) need updating. Cleaning folks did such a good job that there was not even a salt shaker in the cabinet. Also no toilet paper at all in the entire unit when we arrived. We left some very basic supplies behind so the next visitors can benefit.....unless cleaning crew takes those also.

Perfect Getaway/girls trip
This condo is very well decorated and updated. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked. We had everything we needed The beds are comfortable. The walk in shower is a brilliant addition. The decoration is tasteful and lovely without being over done. We definitely plan to visit again and have already passed the listing on to friends. A new favorite condo in a favorite building.

Gorgeous oceanfront condo. Well appointed spacious condo with a fully stocked kitchen. The large balcony provided lots of space for family to gather and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean. Great space to recharge and reconnect with family.

Just one issue
Everything was great. We had one issue. When we arrived the air conditioner was not working We called the after hours number and was told we would get a call back. That call never came and someone finally showed up the next morning at 1030 am. I find this unacceptable really. There was no other way to get in touch with anyone as we arrived on a Friday night and the business hours were Momday-Friday. We were just told to wait on a call back. Luckily we were traveling with someone with AC knowledge that got it going. When the maintenence man showed up he looked at it and said it was good. It happened again on our last day. We did not even call this time we just fixed it ourselves. The condo was great, the company maintaining it, not so much.
