Floors weren't that clean, nor bathrooms, stains on couch, old & outdated.The tv in the bedroom needs a working remote.The bathroom tub/shower in hall bath is about to fall in. Was used today for first time, they couldn't use it! This condo needs repairs soon! Wish we had know ahead before we booked it.Bras were also left in our bathroom at the back. Left in bathroom by somebody else.

The only major problem was with the entering/exiting of the condo via keypad ONLY. We was able to get in the first night of arrival but went out the very next morning. Called the rental managing company three times throughout the day. Downside of it all, that day was the only good day to be on the beach due to weather conditions and I was stuck in the condo to make sure we could get back in. This was my son's first time on the beach and our first family vacation and I had to miss out on it. They (rental manager) finally came by after I had to call multiple times complaining to "fix" the keypad (which is the ONLY way to access). The issue was the battery needed to be rep[laced. Also the cable box controller for the bed room was missing but that wasn't too much of an issue for us. I'm on the ropes about tryin tis condo unit again. Needs upgrades like: replacing dishwasher, replacing kitchen hood/vent, update the seating with the table / outdated sofas, and regressing and fixing the balcony slider in the living room.

Great stay

Beautiful views from the balcony and close to the oceans. The condo was great and it was a very family oriented place to stay. The pool was nice too! The only problem we had was getting in the door with the code from time to time and the sliding glass door was hard to open and close. The living room furniture is very dated but the beds were extremely comfortable. The condo was altogether nice and we will rebook again.

Love Navarre, but disappointed in issues at condo

Door code was too long, and hard to get into the door. Quality of chairs around table are not sturdy. Back sliding glass door was hard to open, handle was broken on balcony, so we would get locked out. Indoor handle ended up breaking, so we had to use Master door to access outside. Living room furniture was very dirty looking, and sofa bed is broken.

Terrible Rental

The unit was dirty, floors were not clean, dust everywhere, couch and chair had stains on them making it undesirable to sit on. Window in the kitchen has bugs and spiderwebs, the guest bathroom shower curtain has mold on it. I traveled with elderly parents and there were no slip proof in the shower or bars to hold on to accident waiting to happen. Not sure how this unit can be on the rental program. I stayed in another unit same complex last year and this unit was nothing like that. Very disappointed especially the amount of money we paid. Would never recommend this unit to anyone to vacation in.

Beautiful Emerald Coast!

This is the place! Beautiful ocean, white sands, wind and waves, such a great family vacation spot! Away from the high rises and the party crowd, family friendly with heated pool for the littles, and sunset walks on the beach to relax, reflect, and recharge! We have vacationed here many times now, love Navarre Beach and Emerald Surf!

My Condo Experience

The condo was fine but needed more light in the bedrooms. The place had to turn water off because of a weak and when it came on 2 hours later the master bedroom’s toilet wouldn’t flush. But my husband worked on that. The vacation was a wonderful success and we enjoyed the weather. The beach was beautiful!!
