Salty Breeze es el lugar perfecto para su grupo de amigos y familiares para reunir, relajarse y pasar una semana gloriosa en el paraíso justo en la playa!

Esta casa privada ha sido recientemente renovado y está bajo nueva gestión de la propiedad.

Las paredes de ventanas en toda la planta principal traer las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México a la derecha en la zona de estar y comedor concepto abierto. Este gran espacio permite que todos estén juntos pero permite un área separada para cenar / juegos / televisión; cocina grande / área de preparación; y otra área de tv / sala de estar. Mucho espacio para extenderse !!!

Todo lo que necesita para cocinar una comida simple o gourmet se puede encontrar en esta cocina. Cene en torno a la gran mesa, sentarse alrededor de las 2 islas de cocina, o abrir las correderas y servir bajo el sol o las estrellas en la terraza enorme frente al golfo. 2 mesas de picnic cabrán todo su grupo fuera mientras se escucha el choque de las olas en la orilla y las gaviotas vuelan sobre la cabeza.

Tomar una bebida o un aperitivo antes de bajar las escaleras hasta la arena y el surf!

El Salty Breeze cuenta con 2 dormitorios principales extragrandes con baño privado.
Todos los baños han sido remodelados recientemente.

Una tercera habitación espaciosa duerme 4, con 2 camas de tamaño completo. El cuarto dormitorio es un gran lugar para los niños ..... 2 juegos de literas con una gran zona de juegos para hacer rompecabezas o juegos, para dormir 4.
Estas dos habitaciones se abren a una gran cubierta de sonido. un lugar ideal para tomar un café por la mañana o un lugar perfecto para tomar una copa mientras contempla las hermosas puestas de sol en verano.

El loft de arriba cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y es una maravillosa área de "escape privado".
Todas las habitaciones tienen TV de pantalla plana.

Hay una sala de tamaño completo de lavandería con lavadora y secadora en el piso principal.

El acceso a la playa está justo fuera de su puerta trasera. El cruce de dunas de madera al lado hace que sea muy conveniente traer refrigeradores, sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de playa para el surf.

Hay suficiente estacionamiento para acomodar 5 autos.

Después de un largo día de descanso, de juego, la natación y el pelado, enjuagar bajo la ducha al aire libre bajo la casa y ordenar los shell "tesoros" en esta zona de sombra. ¡Incluso puedes preparar tu almuerzo o cena aquí, donde siempre hay una brisa salada esperándote!

Group getaway
The house was perfect for two families of four and two couples! All the teens got to bunk together in one room. Everyone had quiet places to go, and large common area to chill and cook together. Awesome location on the beach, and has a nice sized storage area underneath to hide lots of gear. Seemed like a quiet area, and yet close enough for a quick drive for amenities.

Best family Vacation
The house was amazing. The view and location was great. There is a little shower beach toy storage area at the bottom of the stairs which was perfect for leaving beach things in and showering sand off. Rooms were cozy and plenty of bathrooms for everyone

Great house and location
The house was perfectly located with direct walking path to the beach and next to public access if wanted. They had a great selection of beach toys available for the kids and lots of space for everyone. The only downside was the refrigerator, which the instructions said to wait 24hrs to fully cool. We were a family of 9 staying only 4 days, so we felt the property management should already have that ready for guests upon arrival. We had basic groceries that never cooled the following day, so we put everything in the freezer, but that never cooled either. When we called the property management the following night, he was prompt to arrive and said it froze and needed to be defrosted (which wasn't caused by us since it wasn't ever cold). He did bring us a cooler and ice to remedy the situation, while the fridge defrosted. Overall the house was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The house definitely needs improvements. Subfloor is horrible! When walking in bathrooms, laundry room and hallway you feel the floor is going to cave in. First impression was disappointing since there was a leak that they didn’t tell us about until we brought it to their attention. After we brought it to their attention nothing was done. One of the bedrooms had a horrible smell from us having to dry carpet and clean up a leak that they should have done before we checked in.

Perfect Week in Paradise
Everything was perfect about this property! As my son In law said, “The deck is epic!” It was a perfect place for our grown kids, significant others, and my parents! We had plenty of room and the weather was perfect! It’s not ultra fancy but we loved that about the house- we felt comfortable! Highly recommend!

Easy to work with.
The property management was so great to work with. Working with them could not have been a better experience. The main deck on the beach side of the house needs some repairs. There were several screws sticking up that are hard on the feet plus much of the wood is cracked, splintered, or rotten. One of the wooden deck chairs was rotten and falling apart. The rest of the house was nice.

Navarre Beach 2021
This was a great location for beach lovers. The open living and dining space allowed everyone to be together while the beautiful windows gave you the feel of being on the beach 24 hours a day! Well stocked kitchen that was great since staffing is difficult post Covid. The only suggestion I would give the property owner would be for a larger grill. It was charcoal and small.

Annual beach vacation 2021
The property was very spacious so our 12 family members had plenty of room to spread out. We mainly spent our time lounging on the deck looking at the Gulf or were down playing in the water or lounging on the beach. We liked the short, private path from the house to the Gulf. The dining facilities were perfect for our large group. We could prep and set up food on one counter/bar area and we used the other two for eating dinner together. The location of the house was good in that we were within a few miles of a local seafood market so we bought fresh seafood most nights and cooked at home. There are plenty of family restaurants nearby also for anyone wanting to eat out. Overall our family had a great week at Navarre.

We revisited Navarre beach and the rental house. The rental house has a new dining table and new rugs. The dining table was big enough to sit 10 of us. Well maintained and very clean!
