Convenient property

My husband and i traveled to Navarre Beach for a wedding and came across this property. It was everything we needed for just us and was close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. I would highly recommend this property. The price wasn't too bad either.

Clean and no surprises

Nice condo conveniently located. Dated but nice. Better than a 3 star motel. Mentioned several improvements to VACASA personnel: steps need a handrail. hanging light above table has different electrical wires taped together in 2 places that should be replaced. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

Mixed Review of Sunny Daze

My wife and I booked this unit for a four night stay. We read through the reviews, noting the bad bed (it's true - consider yourselves warned!). Overall, it was not a bad stay, but just okay. Positives first: it is a basic unit with basic amenities for an enjoyable beach stay, particularly if you're not there a lot. It was fine being cooped up during the rain, but we've definitely stayed in more comfortable places. It is quite close to the beach (about a five-seven minute walk from door to shore, maybe longer if carrying a lot of items). The best amenity was the use of the beach service, with two chairs and umbrella included in the price of the rental. This was an unexpected and pleasant surprise and we used it the few times the rain stopped long enough for us to go to the beach. There was an issue that could have been handled better that brought this down from four stars to three: Upon arrival, there was metal roofing occupying about 80% of the driveway. There was barely room to park our car in front of the unit as directed, and the very kind next door neighbor allowed us to park our car in her driveway. Fast forward to the day of departure when we got up to see the sunrise on the beach (the first clear morning of our stay!), only to come back at 7:30 a.m. to find the roofers were already there working on the roof. Imagine if we were there and had been woken by this on a holiday (Labor Day). Vacasa handled the rental and were apologetic, but this was unacceptable.

Short walk to the beach.

Had trouble getting into the house during check in. It’s was frustrating, but the rest of the trip was good. Short walk to the beach was awesome. Minor inconveniences with the house, but about 95% of our time was spent our doors, so not the biggest deal. Would stay here again.

Perfect Navarre Location!

Short walk to both beaches, we love this area of Navarre! Quiet beautiful beach and water. Home had everything we needed. Could be a little cleaner, but nothing major. Wish there was a broom or sweeper vac for sand, and the outdoor shower needs repair to clean up before heading inside. Back sliding glass door was tricky but great little area to take our dog out. Bed was comfy, tvs and wifi no problem, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. All the neighbors were friendly. Would definitely return to this location!

Good size for myself and two sons. And my dog. Generally OK. But I couldn't use sofa bed. Found many hairs and dirt. On deck, some cockroaches. I couldn't receive answer back before my departure regarding the availability of beach chairs, grill, parasol etc. None of them was available. I feel it is overpriced even considering peak season.

Cute little condo!

This is a cute little condo, and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. There are a few things that could be updated here, the most concerning, there is no hand rail for the steps leading up to the front door. It would be very helpful to have one, the neighbor has a rail, but I was given a not-so-friendly glare the one time I used it, and decided it better to not use her rail again. As someone else mentioned, there were feathers coming out of the couch throw pillows, but not a big deal. The furniture was otherwise comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with whatever basic items you need to cook, which is great! They provided a couple of laundry pods and dishwasher pods as well. The dryer took several cycles to dry small loads, but did eventually dry the clothes. It is convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Overall, we had a nice stay. It's very convenient to restaurants and very close to the bridge.

Cute Bungalow near the beach

This bungalow worked out well for our group of 4 adults. It was very well located to everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. Enjoyed the chairs to sit out on the small front deck and the back dining space was a nice addition.
