great location, better view
Loved everything about the stay, Besides the master bed. It needs replaced. We did call, they were supposed to send someone out. No one ever showed.

Wonderful stay
The property was very clean and in a great location! We love being right on the beach! We do wish there was a walkway but it’s okay! We also were glad they had beach toys and things we could use for my 4 year old and plenty of chairs! The property management answered questions quickly! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed it very much. However chair rental company no longer had contact with this place and we were not told ahead of time. Couldn’t get any info from office. We didn’t get our 2 chairs and umbrella that was suppose to be included with rental.

Absolutely beautiful
The location of the townhome was one of the best we’ve been to. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets each day. There were not many people on the beach during our stay and we loved that. The townhome is nicely decorated in all rooms and it was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. There were several beach chairs the owner allowed us to use which was nice.

Other than the jetted tub on the main floor being disgusting everything else about our stay was perfect We did address the issue with Vasca and their response was that the jetted tub is not listed as an amenity but they would be sure to let the cleaning crew know about it I was a little amused by that Bot letting it ruin our vacay I took it upon myself and got it cleaned in about 10 mins so we could at least use the shower part of the tub

Great location! Plenty of room and nice, spacious kitchen. The check in process was very inconvenient as you cant get in the door a few minutes early. Sat in the car with food for half an hour. But, you sure are itching for us to leave before check out time. The garbage situation is ridiculous, but it is not the owner's fault. It was a nice stay. Beds are comfy and the water is gorgeous this week!

Beautiful property inside and outdoor spaces! Would definitely stay again. I would caution someone with small children, the elderly, or the differently abled that there are a lot of stairs. Otherwise it's perfect. We had everything we needed and if it wasn't already there it was very close by. Cant wait to stay again!

Our Stay
The area was beautiful. Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the master suite with private coffee and fridge. The guest bathroom shower head was not super efficient. Bring trash bags and salt/pepper!. Would gave been nice to have atleast 3 complimentary trash bags for the kitchen.

Beachy Bliss
We love escaping to Navarre Beach and this lovely, super clean house ticked all our boxes. Lots of room to gather together and lots of room to spread out. Fabulous location just steps to the beautiful white sand beach. We loved watching the dolphins swim by, looking for seashells, taking long walks and playing on the beach. Great communication with the rental company. We hope to stay here again!

Family Gathering at the beach
Walking into the property, there was a very clean smell in the air. That always makes me smile. I found the entire property to be very clean, inside and out. We did not experience any problems during our stay and we enjoyed every moment of being right on the beach. I would recommend this property. It is close to shopping, on the beach, but you still have ample privacy.

After flying into Pensacola at noon and doing our shopping we arrived to the property at 2:30. It was apparent it had been cleaned and was ready for new guest. I contacted the managers but was told there was absolutely no early check ins. We’ve rented many VRBO properties and never had a problem checking in 1-2 hours early if they were ready. This was a poor way to start our stay.

Vacasa could do better.
The location cannot be beat. The house was spotless. Here is what I disliked. The stairs were soaking wet when we arrived, they had been cleaned with a deodorizer that gave us all headaches as the week went on. We had no upstairs bathroom mats. We were given 2 dishwasher and laundry pods for the week and one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There weren't enough beach chairs for us and there were no beach amenities like boogie boards, sand toys ect. If I am paying a premium price hook me up with a weeks worth of toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry pods. That costs the management company an extra $20.00 and makes my experience much better. Make sure there are extra chairs for all 9 guests, who wants to go buy chairs or haul their own from Colorado? Not me! The property was beautiful but the management company is being too stingy.

Thanksgiving Vacation
The townhome was very roomy and spacious. Everything was in good working order except for the gas grill. The wifi was sketchy until we re-booted the system. The only problem we had was the gas grill out back was leaking and they were supposed to send some one with the part to fix it on Thanksgiving. We were cooking Thanksgivng steaks on the grill. They assured me someone would be there to fix it. No one showed up and we luckily were able to get some electrican tape and repair the leaky hose. Thanksgiving dinner was saved. The property itself was outstanding it was the management company that almost ruined our Thanksgiving dinner because no restraurant's were open for Thanksgiving. The townhome was great and beach was awesome.

First time at Beach MD
We usually rent from another group but was not able to this fall break. This was our first time to stay in a townhouse. This house is smaller than the houses we usually stay in. The location of the house is wonderful. We met the other people in the townhouse, they were all lovely. We were impressed with how quiet the house was. The townhouse next to us was being remodeled and we never heard anything. The stairs are steep, but most are in beach houses. The accommodations were perfect. We definitely will be staying here again.

Beautiful and Quiet
The townhouse was clean and beautiful. After reading other reviews we made sure to bring our own beach tent and chairs. The only pain was lugging that stuff upstairs in the front only to drag it back downstairs on the beach side. The property manager was excellent, the gate hinge broke as we were leaving and I reported it immediately with pictures. They were very gracious about sending someone to fix it. We would stay here again.

Not just a day at the beach
What a wonderful place to spend our family vacation. The accommodations were perfect & we felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the door! The decks are amazing for relaxing & enjoying the amazing view of the ocean.

This home has everything you need. The only disadvantages are spotty wifi but everything and I mean EVERYTHING else is like home away from home. Its THE most spacious home we’ve ever stayed in. All the rooms are big with private bathrooms. Kitchen is open with the living room. All the kitchen appliances and cookware etc. you need is all there. Views are spectacular!! Response time for all our needs was prompt and friendly. The hubby missed a garage for bikes etc. but that is not available to renters; however, there is still plenty of room on lower deck. Great vacay!!

Perfect living on the beach
We will definitely book this place again if visiting Navarre Beach FL. It was exactly what our group was seeking. Easy walk to the beach & the house was spacious, very nice, and clean. Due to the times, we chose to cook in instead of dining out. The kitchen was large & superbly met our needs. Great place to stay.
