Esta villa de lujo de un dormitorio con una hermosa vista al jardín, tiene un dormitorio separado y baño completo ubicado arriba de la sala de estar principal. El primer piso con su propio 1/2 baño, cocina, sala de estar y patio son perfectos para preparar sus propias comidas y simplemente relajarse. Para su comodidad, también hay llamadas locales gratuitas, así como llamadas ilimitadas gratuitas a EE. UU., Canadá y el Reino Unido.

Una piscina en cascada rodeada de hermosas plantas tropicales y palmeras está a solo unos pasos del condominio. Se adjunta una piscina para niños para que disfrute toda la familia. Justo al lado de la piscina se encuentra el restaurante y bar Viola's, donde podrá disfrutar de una agradable bebida tropical o incluso almorzar o cenar. También puedes ver a tu equipo deportivo favorito en uno de los televisores de pantalla grande.

El complejo está ubicado en una hermosa playa de arena blanca para que pueda disfrutar de las aguas del océano o dar un agradable paseo.

Amazing location
Sunrise Beach Villas is a gem of a place to stay, and we really enjoyed Steve's place! Steve was wonderful. All sorts of thoughtful touches like beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Better bedding would be amazing but that's a small quibble. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Bahama Trip
My friend and I stayed here for a much needed getaway. The process was easy and Steve was very communicative! Seriously, he was there to address questions and needs. He had a lovely lady named Monique pick us up and take us back to the airport, $45 each trip. She was most kind and courteous. We did not use the grill, but we did cook and clean and what we needed was there. Honest….it’s a nice quiet place. Safe and close to the beach. If you are a walker, you can walk to stores or Dunkin or Atlantis or just around the island. I would stay here again.

Great location
15 minute walk to Atlantis (which can be overrated..dont visit the buffet). The beach is quite, but within walking distance to drinks and food. The restaurant on site was some of the best we had all week.

Quiet and peaceful getaway
Our stay here was what me and my wife needed, the villa was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and more on the quiet side, busier up the beach around Atlantis. Walking distance to many great restaurants was a plus and taxis were always readily available if you didn’t want to walk. Steve’s place was great, and his driver Monique picked us up at airport, stopped at grocery store on way in, and dropped us off at Sunrise. She was great!! The pools were nice to sit by and read but we were out at the beach mostly, which is a wonderful beach to swim or just relax and walk the powder sand. We had no issues at all and Steve is very reliable and responsive if needed. Would definitely come back here again, but stay longer next time:)

50th Anniversary Paradise
We returned just a couple weeks ago. Everything was just as told. Monique picked us up at the airport, making the transfer extremely easy. She even stopped us off at grocery and liquor store. The Villa was comfortable with two beautiful pools available. Viola's was a wonderful plus. A convenient place to stop for a drink or have a meal. The beach was easy to get to. We used taxis to get from place to place because walking was not an option for us, but that was even an easy thing to do. We celebrated our 50th anniversary there and it was everything we had hoped. Thank you Steve for always being available and answering all our questions.

Excellent Getaway
We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. She took us to grocery and liquor stores on the way to the condo and we arranged a ride back to the airport as well. She was punctual and helpful. I love the Bahamas and can’t wait to come back.

Paradise Found
My wife and I just returned from a one week stay at Sunrise Beach Villas. We had a great time and highly recommend it. The rooms were very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pools were beautiful. Paradise Island and Nassau are excellent places to visit, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Violas on site had good food and was very convenient. Fantastic
Steves place was perfect. It was clean, lots of kitchen tools available, beach chairs and toys for the kids. The location was perfect. A comfortable walk to the food area with restaurants, small grocery, and souvenir shop available. Atlantis within walking distance for some of their shopping and dining. Or, violas on the property was fantastic. The guys on the beach are a little pushy, but super helpful. Steve was super responsive from the moment i booked this trip 9 months before going. He has a lady that came and picked us up and took us back to the airport for a fair charge. Definately would stay with steve again.

Great location
Our first trip to the Bahamas. Paradise Island is so relaxing— this spot is in between Atlantis and Ocean Club, both worth visiting —we walked to both. But the beach is everything…1 minute walk. Lots of white sand, pretty water and easy to find shade (with beach chairs at the unit). Monique picked us up at the airport and stopped at the grocery store— very convenient. We also walked into town (nice long walk). Plenty of cabs around. Violas was a good (affordable) spot right at the vila. Great conch tacos! Pass on the nachos. It was such a nice area we didn’t go anywhere else, so maybe we missed a true Bahama vacation, but it was perfect for us looking for some warm sun in January.

This place was clean and comfortable. The owner was communicative throughout our stay, available to answer any questions. The reason I selected is because of close proximity to the beach and Viola's Restaurant on property is pretty good. I would definitely book again.

Awesome time
The Villa we stayed at was clean and very nice. Everything we needed. Monique, our taxi driver was awesome, she showed us around picked us up at the airport and drove us back to airport when leaving. The Beach was very beautiful we caught an awesome sunset. Water was very blue. Violas, has descent prices on food and drinks cool place to hang out. I recommend the fried shrimp and yellow rice very good. Steve, the host was always on top of things and always there to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Answers you promptly. I had an awesome time with my daughters and made beautiful memories with them in the Bahamas we will return in the future. Thanks Steve Tania
