Excellent people great owners
The property is nicer than the pictures show. Spacious enough to comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children. Palm Cay itself is a lovely gated community with tennis and pickle ball courts (always available), lovely beach and shallow waters for swimming, snorkling and wading (good for adults, teens and young children), and a beach club with a lap pool that I recommend joining. Winnie who manages the property is amazing. We have booked through VRBO many times in the past but the communications through Winnie are unmatched. She is incredibly responsive and helpful. Winnie recommended Fred as a driver to pick us up at the airport and we cannot say enough about Fred. We used him many times during the month we were there and he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was a problem for him. Best driver ever!We cannot over emphasize how great the experience was.

Fantastic Stay
Highly recommend staying in this beautiful Palm Cay villa! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fantastic beds- everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and pool to allow our kids the space to get moving on their own time. Nice, new grocery store right around the corner and we did have a rental car to enjoy a few meals out. Rented a golf cart from Winnie which was nice but walking to the beach was easy. Had a little bit of the essentials to get you started before a trip to the grocery store which was lovely. Would stay here again without hesitation

Pleasant weekend stay
The Condo unit is very nice and had everything we needed. It is on a more isolated part of the island so had to take taxi to most restaurants off the resort. The resort beach area is pretty but the spa was not completed. The amenities are fine but they charge extra. Recommend this place for a short family getaway.

We didn’t want to leave!
We had the loveliest stay in Palm Cay, we didn’t want to leave! We were a family of 5 adults and it was perfect. The villa is beautiful, it was beyond our expectations. Winnie was so accommodating and arranged everything for us during and prior to our stay. She made us a lovely cake on arrival and Fred the taxi driver was so great and informative. He was always available when we needed him. We also hired a golf cart and car for 1 day each which meant we could explore some of the island. This was all arranged through Winnie which made the process so easy. We definitely want to go back! Dream holiday!

Wonderful!
Wonderful stay with the family. Great location and beach. The Golf Cart is a must for an easy access to the beach, tennis court and grocery. The condo was very clean and as described. Winnie and Reto are wonderful hosts. They made our stay very easy and faciliated renting the golf cart and car for a few days. Their driver Fred took care of the airport pick up and drop off. Would come back anytime!

A Perfect Getaway at Palm Cay!
We had an amazing stay at Palm Cay in the Bahamas! From the moment we arrived, Winnie was incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. Her home was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, making it perfect for our group. Winnie recommended a fantastic taxi driver, Fred, who was not only kind but also shared insightful stories about the island. He even stopped at the grocery store for us, which was a great help! We also rented a golf cart from Winnie, which made getting to the beach and pool a breeze. It was super convenient for grocery runs as well. The on-property restaurant was wonderful, and we enjoyed dining there almost every night. The staff was incredible and made every meal special. We highly recommend buying the wristbands for full-service access at the pool and beach—definitely worth it! Overall, our experience was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Winnie, for being such a fantastic host!

Great stay at Palm Cay
Our family really enjoyed our time at Palm Cay. The villa was beautiful and spacious. Having the pool directly outside was nice, but we really enjoyed the member’s club, which has an amazing beach, pools, outside bar and restaurant. Our host Winnie was so sweet and helpful. We rented a golf cart, which is helpful to get around if you don’t have a car. We also rented the pink Moke to tour the island—it was so much fun! Would definitely recommend as a relaxing place to stay on the island!

What a great experience! We are grateful for the peace and calmness of renting with the Giovanoli family. Although we lost a day due to the weather in the US, it felt good to relax when we finally arrived! The history/tour, the pool, the beach, the food, the conveniences, the ADDITIONAL CELEBRATION EFFORT, and WINNIE'S CAKE...was amazing! I would recommend this residence for future stays and would stay here again in the future! You are close enough to everything, yet far enough away to have some solitude! If you come here, please bring the right energy and appreciate where you are! PEACE!

Just returning from a wonderful stay in Palm Cay Nassau. Winnie and Reto were exceptional hosts-all the details from arrival to departure were coordinated perfectly. The property is super clean, well maintained and well stocked with all the necessities for a family-full set of cookware, dishes, small and large appliances-Keurig, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, stovetop, microwave. From the front door you walk right onto a pool deck which was perfect for us and our kiddo. The pool was clean at all times and there was maintenance going on occasionally on the grounds and in the area to keep everything spotless. This villa is in the gated community and we felt very safe with security at the entrance at all times. We rented a car from Winnie and Reto as well and were very please with the logistics, price, and convenience. Additionally, we were provided transportation from and to the airport with Fred who is super knowledgeable about the island. We received quite a few dining recommendations from him which worked out perfectly. The beach club was a plus, we spent most of our time there. The price including vat was $22/pp/pd which was very reasonable. Overall just a relaxing and effortless trip which was well coordinated with the care of our hosts. We definitely hope to be back soon! P.S. the cake that was baked for our arrival was delish and just a wonderful touch.

Great Vacation
We stayed in Winnie’s condo for 2 weeks in May and found it to be exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was excellent and lacked nothing. It even had a slow cooker. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample closet space. The condo was a few steps from the on-site pool. We spent a lot of time on the veranda and made good use of the dining table and the couch was very comfortable. Winnie was there to greet us and made us a carrot cake. She was very helpful and patient. She periodically checked up us to make sure that we were enjoying the condo. She could not of been kinder. Winnie had arranged for Fred to be our taxi driver for our vacation and we used him for airport transportation and to drive us downtown which was 30 minutes away. He was very knowledgeable about the island. We chose to rent a golf cart to get to the beach and to Solomon’s supermarket. This was essential for us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and our vacation.

Wonderful vacation at Winnie's home!
Winnie's home was perfect for our family vacation! Exactly as described in the posting and Winnie was an exceptional host. Definitely recommend for your vacation at Palm Cay. The walk to the beach and beach club was short and easy, and having the pool outside the front steps was perfect.

An amazing family experience
We are so grateful to Winnie for being so kind and accommodating. We lost a family member and needed to reschedule last minute. Winnie made it work and also gave us a sweet card. The condo is beautiful and Palm Cay is a wonderful place for families. Pro-tip for families with infants: The condo is three bedrooms, but the pack-and-play fits in the walk-in closet off the bathroom with room to spare if all the other bedrooms are taken and you want baby to have his/her own space. Buy the beach passes, they are worth it! Check out the Pink Octopus and say hi to Ginger the cat for us! Lastly, one of our favorite memories of this trip were the taxi rides to and from the airport with Fred. He knows so much about the area and will show you some amazing things in your 30 minute trip with him.

Great stay
Winnie was great to work with and we had the pleasure of meeting her when we arrived. She also didn’t disappoint with the cake - which was greatly appreciated by my two sons! Accommodation was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Great location. About 10mins walk to the beach/gym etc. Super quiet at night as well. We all upgraded to the resort passes which is $20-$30 per day per person depending on if you have gym access. It’s not cheap for a family of 4, but it nice using the beds at the beach. Bar and restaurant very good. All in, we had a great trip. I would definitely recommend Winnie and this apartment to anyone looking to visit the Bahamas but stay away from the hustle of the cruise ships. It really was a little piece of paradise.

Perfect Location, Perfect Vacation
The villa was so perfect for our stay. It let us spend the day there at Palm Cay or easy travel to our adventures. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We loved the decor. So much fun to have coffee in the morning either on the porch or at the pool.

Paradise
Our 3rd time booking from Winnie and Reto. They are great to deal with and quick to respond. The Villa is gorgeous and has everything you need inside and a pool just outside your front door and beach a few minutes away . Palm Cay is lovely, quiet (even with all the construction) and safe! Access to the private Beach Club is worth it. Don't miss out on eating at the Pink Octopus, whether for dinner or lunch and Sunday Brunch is also a treat. The Bar also has some great drinks. A little bit of Paradise without having to go to Paradise Island with all the crowds.

Exactly what we were looking for!
We loved our stay at Palm Cay in large part because of the condo itself. Winnie met us at the condo to make sure everything was perfect. She even baked us a cake as a welcome gift! We loved the resort, amenities, and resort staff. We walked everyday to the beach enjoying the views along the way. We played tennis, went snorkeling, relaxed, used the fitness center, enjoyed the bar and restaurant. We also had lunch at the marina market one day. We utilized her recommendations for a driver (Fred)everyday to and from different places. He was fantastic and we felt like we gained a new friend! The pool outside our condo was always clean and literally steps from the front door. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Winnie!
