Pase sus días descansando en la piscina, pescando en el estanque lleno o viendo películas en la pantalla de 120 pulgadas en su propia sala de cine. A solo 20 minutos del centro de Nashville, puede pasar la noche haciendo tonterías en Broadway, tomando un concierto en el Ryman o probando las delicias culinarias de East Nashville. Fantastic Family getaway
Over the last 4 years, our children have met us in VRBOs in North Carolina. We decided to try Tennessee this year. It can be difficult to find a property that can handle 8 adults and 5 kiddos. Willow Pond had plenty of space for all of us. Parents were able to sleep near their kiddos but relax and unwind. The pond was used for fishing every day. The pool was amazing! The caretaker came each day to make sure the pool was spotless. This house had everything we needed to cook meals. Our kids love cooking and it was so pleasant we didn’t even leave the house. The house was really clean and beautifully furnished but also comfortable. Everyone slept very well. This is the best place we’ve stayed so far!

10-day stay for 6-16 people rotating onto the property to celebrate a 90th birthday over 2-weekends. The property was fantastic and easily handled all of the planned activities. We used the pool more than anticipated as the weather was mid 80’s in October! We would love to plan another reunion.

Amazing Stay
We had such an amazing time staying at Willow Pond! We planned our wedding weekend there, it was amazong to host our event at the property and have close family stay with us for the entire weekend. Everything was perfect for us and we received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the property is. The house itself is very comfortable and well stocked. Phillip was very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend Willow Pond!

Beautiful for a Wedding
My husband and me rented this property for three days for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful!! The pictures don't even do it justice with how beautiful the house and property are. It was also the cleanest rental property I've ever been in. The best part of this property was the grounds manager Philip. He helped us set up for our wedding, did the parking for the wedding, and was available the entire stay. I can't recommend this location enough!

As advertised, clean, well appointed and supplied.
Compared to other rental experiences, this was the best. If you can come away from a vacation with no complaints, that’s a win…and the 10 of had none. The owner was very accommodating and Phillip, the property manager, came each morning to maintain the pool and property. He was incredibly responsive to our needs…we actually became friends and keep in touch. Sure, it’s high-end on the price, but you won’t be disappointed…our 4 grandsons loved it. When kids aren’t whining about anything, you know you’re in the right place.

I have rented vacation homes in US and Europe and this hands down was the best! Upscale quality! Fully outfitted kitchen! Kid had the pool, fishing pond and home theater! I was in the water everyday! Biggest master suite ever! Worth every penny! Would love to come back!

A Gem!
We had a wonderful stay at Willow Pond. Highlights included: The pool with comfortable seating to lounge during the day, the movie theater room to enjoy at night, sitting on the front porch with morning coffee, bonfire at the fire pit, games in the living room, big group dinners at the large dining room table with seating for all 13 of us. The property owner and steward made us feel at home and the house itself is a gem. This was one of the best vacation homes we've stayed in over the years!

Large Family Wedding Celebration!
Willow Pond was the perfect place for our families to stay for the weekend of our son and daughter-in-love’s wedding. The house FAR exceeded every expectation we had. It is so spacious, but also warm and inviting. There are beautiful places to sit and visit at every turn, and the entire house is impeccably clean! We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 37 people, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! Dudley and Phil are every bit as pleasant to work with as the house is beautiful! They were quick to respond to all of my questions, as well as kind and friendly throughout the entire process. We are already planning our next visit to Willlow Pond. Thank you for everything you did to make our stay incredible!!

Everything was absolutely perfect - The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, not a single thing we wanted that wasn't there. Willow Pond was the perfect setting for our family vacation! Even before we arrived, I was blown away by Dudley - he was quick to respond and his customer service was unreal! He was attentive and took extra steps to ensure that my family had a great time! Phillip, the groundskeeper, was just as amazing! He was a wealth of knowledge regarding the area, so kind and helpful! The home is gorgeous, clean, and perfect for a family gathering! Everything is as described in the description...and more! My family loved the home and we can't wait to be back next year! Our family was in town for a hockey tournament. The location of this home was perfect! We went to Knoxville, Clarksville, Memphis, and Nashville. The home itself is perfect. The most fully stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Had everything you could imagine! Linens, board games, outdoor games (and fishing poles), grill, wood for outdoor fire, garbage bags - everything! The two real treasures of the home were Phillip and the porch 🙂 Phillip was kind, patient, and knowledgeable and the views from the porch are picturesque. We highly recommend this home to anyone considering it. If we ever travel to Tennessee again as a family, this would be our first choice. We had children ranging from 2-19, there was not a thing they could have wanted for!

New Year’s @ Willow Pond
Willow Pond was the perfect spot for hanging out with friends & family during the Holidays. The house was very clean, well-appointed and large enough to accommodate 12 adults comfortably. We enjoyed being close to downtown Nashville & having quality family time back at the house. The fire pit was a hit and the large dining room table was just right for breakfasts, game time and a southern New Year’s Day supper. The property manager (Phillip) was welcoming, friendly and available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend Willow Pond when visiting the Nashville area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great property for large party
We had a family reunion before Christmas with 8 adults and 8 kids from infant to teenager at this beautiful farmhouse .The property is maintained very well, the host and property manager is easy with communication and very helpful. The property is beautiful with enough space for both indoor and outdoor activities. It is next to the high way which is convenient for transportation but also far away from the road and neighbors which provide good privacy. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
