Great Stay
The property was exactly as we expected. It was a very convenient area in East Nashville. It was extremely clean and well stocked with the necessities. I texted a couple of times about questions and they responded promptly. My family visits Nashville a couple of times a year and we will definitely stay here again.

Great Nashville getaway digs
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Music City condo. It was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for 2 couples. Good eats nearby and not far from the downtown action. The only downside was that it was within earshot of the train whistles, which started up early every morning. The street noise from Main Street was loud most nights, until 1pm or so. A good home base, for a long weekend in Music City.

Friends were jealous
Our rental was phenominal. Great for four adults. Could not have asked for more except maybe a kettle. Everything was there, tidy, neat and welcoming. Although we received some wonky messages about payment, everything turned out fantastic. Parking was tight, but advertised. t was close to everything we wanted.Friends have asked us about booking it. Thanks.

Disappointed
We had planned to come stay 9/26-28. We are located in Jacksonville, FL and as most of you know there was a hurricane that hit us and went to Tennessee as well. Flights were cancelled and clearly it was not safe to travel so I reached out to the property manager and asked if we could move our travel dates to the following weekend and I was told no and there would be no refund. They did end up refunding the cleaning fee but we are very upset about this entire situation as we would have been there if we could have gotten there. We will never use this property manager for any other vacations we go on. Grand Welcome is the property group.

Nashville/Music City Condo
Super cute place! Very clean, well stocked, nice location to downtown and not too far from Music Row/Grand ol’ Opry area as well! Nice to be able to park in garage underneath. We had a little bit of trouble getting in the first time bc we didn’t have the LATCH app but called the hostess and got assistance right away! Definitely would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Nashville!!

Nice Nashville Vacay
We spent 4 days in Nashville for the first time. This place was excellent. The cleanliness, amenities and attention to detail was perfect for our introduction to the Music City. The location was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and the nice restaurant nearby .

Great apartment in a very clean and safe building. Short walk to a few great food spots. The building is located in a neighborhood which is going through a rebuild. It is a short Uber ride to downtown

East Nashville get away
Very new, clean, and out of Nashville crazy. If you stay here grab a Uber or Lyft to ride into downtown short ride around $7 each way. The only down side was the parking area at the building is very very tight so don't drive a truck. You can barely get in and out of a vehicle if there is one on each side of you.

Fabulous
The property is SO clean, emaculate actually. It’s perfectly located- just a short Lyft ride to Broadway. (Less than 10 mins) We didn't have any trouble parking or getting into the building/room. The property has super comfortable beds and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

This apartment is clean, fresh and perfect for 2 couples. Everything is listed as promised. We had no issues with the Latch app locking or unlocking doors. This property was a little further from Broadway then we had anticipated. But Uber rides to the bars and sites were around $7 - $15 dollars.

Straight and to the point. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked. Perfectly located. Perfectly decorated. Would 1,000,000% stay here again. One tiny request would be a fan of some sort in the bedroom. LOVED OUR STAY!

Nashville Stay
The actual flat/condo was clean and well stocked. I have no complaints. The lobby was cute but just an empty feeling The entry to building was on an App called Latch which I was not prepared for. Though an email was sent, i somehow missed downloading the App and we got dropped off ater 9 p outiside and had trouble getting in. Called the after hours line and someone did call back to help. While we were waiting, the location is across a liquor store and there was commotion from various people that made us feel slightly uneasy. Plus our uber driver didn't help by saying the location was not safe. Never feels calming when you are new to an area.

Overall the property was amazing. It was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The proximity to downtown and lower Broadway was a convenience. I wish the parking beneath the building had a gated entrance for a little bit of added security. Overall a 5/5 and would stay here again.

Girl’s Weekend
The property was very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated! The beds were comfy and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen had the basics needed. It it walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The latch app to get in was a hassle. I had to remind them to send the email. There was no way to get in the property without it. They approved early check in, but then did not change the time on the app so was unable to get in without calling them. To unlock the room door we had to scan plus enter a key code. It would be an absolute nightmare if your phone went dead. Some street noise in master bedroom, but overall the space was very nice!

The condo is beautifully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for four adults! Away from Music Row but about 10 minute drive. It was nice to have a comfortable living room and kitchen to cook a meal and hang out after site seeing. Across the street is a botique hotel we had dinner at one night it was delicious. We contacted the management company during our stay they were very responsive! I was impressed with how quick we received a response. I would highly recommend this listing for your visit to Nashville. Close proximity to Nissan Stadium.

Great property, terrible management
Absolutely loved everything about this place. Super cute and had everything you would need during your stay. However, the management was terrible. On our second day we got locked out of the building. The app that worked just fine the day before to let us in all of the doors informed me that my time expired and I could no longer get in any of the doors. After sitting outside for 30+ minutes trying to get a hold of someone to help us another vacationer came along and let us in. She informed us she had the same thing happen to her and that we have to ask for a new access code everyday through a second app. We were never told anything about this. Get upstairs to our unit and try to access this other app and it doesn’t work. We then have to sit outside our unit for an hour before we finally got someone to return our call from the emergency line. There was zero communication on asking for a new access code or using another app. We were so nervous we were going to get locked out of our unit again the rest of our trip. Will not stay here again due to this issue. Unfortunate, since it is such a cute place.

Excellent séjour
Nous sommes trois amis qui avons séjourné au Legends of Music City. Super séjour. L'appartement était tel qu'indiqué et ne nous a pas déçu. Les lits étaient confortables bien que le bunk bed du haut pouvait être assez bruyant lorsque la personne bouge. La cuisine était vraiment bien équipé. Nous avons facilement pu nous faire quelques repas. L'appartement est situé à une distance très acceptable du centre-ville. Le quartier semble en changement. Dans l'ensemble, très bien. Le liquor store ainsi que le dépanneur en face sont pratiques mais la clientèle qui le visite est un peu questionnable. Nous ne nous sommes quand même jamais sentis en danger. Seul point un peu négatif à mes yeux. Les portes de l'immeuble et de l'appartement ne s'ouvrent qu'avec une application sur le cellulaire. Il faut donc être sûr d'avoir son cellulaire chargé en tout temps. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
