Great Location!!
Cute cottage in great location!! Everything you need to enjoy your Nashville stay!! My favorite place was sitting on the front porch swing and enjoying the atmosphere of the quaint neighborhood. Everything you would want was provided. Only a four minute walk to the closest coffee shop. I definitely will be back for a longer stay!!

Clean, comfortable beds, 5 star
Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Very clean, not far from downtown, about 35 minute walk. Host provided excellent tips, found the basket of maps and things to do very helpful. The basket of goodies was nice as well. The beds were very comfortable. We found the property simply adorable,. Quite neighborhood. Ubers readily available, day or night. The only downside if you can call it that was the ceiling fan in the bedroom to the right of the bathroom made a very , very faint sound while running, almost like an alarm going off. My spouse never heard it, I just turned the fan off the second night. Fan not really needed as the AC in the house was perfect. Strongly recommend.

Great German Town Location
Absolutely loved this little cottage! The beds are extremely comfortable and the sheets are super soft! The only suggestion is to have a cleaning company deep clean the little things, mainly the blinds!

Great location in a charming little neighborhood
Germantown is a great location for a good time in Nashville. So many places to eat away from the hustle and bustle of the city only minutes from downtown. The home is exactly as described and has all the amenities you need/want. We had a fabulous girls weekend.

Weekend Birthday celebration
My best friend and I always spend an extended weekend each year together to celebrate our birthdays. This cottage did not disappoint. Historical cottage was clean -in a safe neighborhood, busy location, but not overcrowded or noisy. The front porch swing provided a nice respite for breakfast morning bun and tea, or evening pre-dinner cocktails. Within walking distance to 5 star restaurants and a short, inexpensive Uber/Lyft drive to the Rhyman Auditorium for a concert. Plenty of hooks to hang clothing, and lots of drawer space. As noted by some reviewers, only one bathroom, but easily managed by 2 females with plenty of space in bedrooms to complete whatever look you are going for. Sara was prompt to respond with any questions and extremely accommodating. Unexpectedly, traffic was on our side and we arrived before check-in time. A quick text and the front door was unlocked without waiting. Very much appreciated! Highly recommend, will not disappoint. Thank Sara!!

Cottages of georgetown
It was a nice spot to stau and lay your head while exploring Nashville. Walking distance to many coffee shops and bars. About a 30 munute walk to downtown. Enjoyed our stay

Charming cottage
Overall this cottage was the perfect place to stay for me and my siblings. Beds are comfortable, the cottage was clean and cozy, and the location was good. The kitchen and bathroom floors could definitely use replacing, and the back deck was also a bit run down, but overall the place looked great!

Older house that could use some renovations of kitchen and bathroom floors, but the amount that f storage was a welcomed surprise given the size of property. I will also say that the house seemed larger than what it actually was. Location and management team couldn’t have been any better.

In town for a wedding, had no idea the NYE party would be right down the block. Super cool to hear the bands sound checking the day before. Also really easy to get everywhere in the city from here!
