Nashville long weekend
Location is great, 5 minute walk to the gulch area & about 30 minute walk to broadway. House was perfect for 4 couples. Rooftop is fantastic - sun & shade. Would definitely stay again

Convenient location, roomy home, but needs a new cleaning company
This home was nice and roomy. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Pros - included amenities such as 2 dishwasher pods, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. A few garbage bags. Wasn't sure if they would have any of this. Nice kitchen but we only cooked one meal. Loved the privacy of each bedroom having their own bathroom except main floor. Cons - need a new cleaning company. The home was dirty. The white slip cover on the couch was filthy, scuff marks and dirt on walls, the floors had dust/ hair on them. Found a used mouthpiece in 1 bathroom. The cushions on the rooftop patio need to be replaced some were torn or missing. Definitely needs some love and attention to detail. Overall we did not let this ruin our trip and made the best of it. They did offer us a $150 refund. Could have done better.

Great stay in the Gulch
Great stay for group of five. Rooftop was fantastic to watch the fireworks. Firepit and grill worked out great. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Nashville Get Together
We really enjoyed the house and it worked well for the 6 of us. It was clean and within walking distance of the Gulch. One thing to know is there's parking for 2 vehicles (as stated).However, 2 fullsize trucks or SUV's may not fit in the garage. There is very limited parking on the street due to construction and maintenance vehicles. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place for our get away.

The Gulch
Home was located in a very convenient area to all Nashville sites....Definitely go to the Station Inn!!! The House could use some repairs, such as: Sofa is filthy, bathroom light fixtures need shades, bathroom sink is cracked, washer/dryer stunk very bad and moldy when you opened them. Overall it is a great 4 bedroom house, rooftop is great.....Just get those few things repaired and it will be 5 stars.....

Great unit but a few negatives
The unit itself was great! Our family of 5 enjoyed the location and each of the kids loved getting their own bedroom and bathroom. Although we loved the unit and setup, there were some downsides. And I’m going to dive deeper for those that like details: The floors were dirty throughout the entire unit along with all of the furniture in the den (2 chairs, a couch and rug). I wouldn’t even sit on the couch due to how visibly dirty it was. I brought coffee for my stay but was surprised to find out the owners don’t provide coffee filters. Based on the different sizes and shapes of coffee filters, I guess I was supposed to bring one of every kind as they told me I needed to supply my own filter after I got there. So I didn’t have coffee during our trip. The pillows and mattresses had all kinds of yellow stains on them and two of the four mattresses were very squeaky any time you moved on them. Needless to say, none of us slept well while we were there. The road noise was very loud in the front bedrooms, so bring ear plugs. With a few fixes I would give this 5-stars. The managers were great to work with when I reported a bathroom door handle was broken. So two thumbs up to them!

Nashville fun!
We stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration. 3 couples. Each had our own room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Walked downtown and had no problem getting a quick Uber back at night. Would stay again.

Great stay!
The rental was great. 7 adults stayed with plenty of space. The space is clean, welcoming and updated. The rooftop is amazing!!! Not a bad walk to the gulch, and if it had been warmer, the walk to broadway would have been fine too, though the Uber is much more convenient. The garage is tight for SUVs, much better fit for small cars. We felt safe. Can’t speak too much in the kitchen because we didn’t use anything other than the coffee pot. We truly hope to stay here again the next time we’re in Nashville!

Stairs vacation.
The house was very nice. But, the floors were very dirty. You could see the dust and dirt on the floors. The baseboards in the bathrooms were very dirty. The furniture also needed dusting. We were a group of 8 and there were only 8 towels total for 4 days.

A great place
4 couples. All of us had our own rooms. It really worked out well. The rooftop was great for hanging out and coffee in the morning. The room on the main level had to walk out to their bathroom but all others had their own. Overall it was fantastic. We walked to Broadway every night and it wasn’t terrible. About 20 min or so to walk. Bring some walking shoes. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was great.

Had a great stay with my group. House was great and rooftop deck is awesome. Location was about 15 minutes walking distance to main Gulch shopping area, and a short Uber ride to Broadway. Would stay here again!

Great Location and Layout
Pros: Four couples stayed. Great location and loved that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space privacy and for us to hang out on the second floor together. Rooftop was cool. Cons: Property needs a deep cleaning, new pillows (gross and flat), more towels, and rooftop furniture was worn and missing cushions.

Good location, plenty of space. The roof top was our favorite. The only down side is the parking. Trying to maneuver two large SUV’s in the garage was tricky. We didn’t see where the road parking was. Over all this house met our needs completely.

Great Location!
Friends and I stayed for my birthday. It was a great location. Was clean. Master bath was really dark and a full length mirror would be a good addition but enjoyed our stay overall. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Work and fun
This was a really nice place to stay loved the open kitchen living area rooftop deck was very cool. All the bedrooms are very spacious and plenty of room for each of us to have our own space and bathroom. Location was key for us to be there for work, but so close to downtown to enjoy some fun at night. Would stay here again!
