Filthy sheets, poor cleanliness, but beautiful home
We traveled to Nashville to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday—3 generations traveling from 4 states and excited to spend time together at a property that looked amazing. The home was beautiful and spacious, with great hand out space, but OUR BEDS HAD BEEN REMADE WITH THE DIRTY SHEETS FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS. We found used bandaids, labels, glitter, and dirt in our beds. Working with the management company was terrible. No one was available to bring us sheets, so we stayed up until 2:30 am washing 7 sets of sheets ourselves. My mom wound up sleeping on towels because she was too tired to stay up and wait. Again, this was my mom’s 75th birthday trip and she SLEPT ON TOWELS. There were only 5 blankets for an 8 bedroom house so we also used towels for our blankets the first night. I spent the next day going back and forth with the management company again to get blankets. Way too much communication instead of just addressing significant issues in a timely manner. Cleanliness in general was not great. Cookies and gift crinkle paper on the floors, filthy rugs, etc. Maintenance could have been better: screen door off its hinges, leaking toilet, firepit didn’t work. I was credited back some of the hefty service fees I was charged but it did not make up for watching my mom make her bed with towels, doubling up on the sheets on my aunt’s bed because she was so disgusted by the mattress, and the amount of time I wasted on the phone instead of spending time with my family.

Not clean
The couch had stains and looked like people were partying not sure what substance was on couch. The bed on 2nd floor horrible stains on protector sheet i mean discusting. Marks on some walls and some of furniture not looking good. Tub does not drain 2nd floor Garage corner full of leaves and junk. Bathroom 2nd floor foot prints on walls and hand prints not sure what someone was doing. Cobwebs. Closet shelves dirty. Floor dirty. .i do not think management is checking to see if condo is clean. Blinds in one bedroom yellow dirty. Limited pots pans and old . The management credited cleaning but not a good feeling and cleaned a little.The house could be nice if they update and clean.

Fantasy Oasis
We were 4 adult couples so 8 of us. The unit was perfect for the group. Four seperate bedrooms with at least a queen bed in all and all had their own bathrooms. The location was ideal as it was a 6$ Uber to broadway although you could walk if you want. The Gulch is a really nice quieter neighborhood so nice to be able to escape the craziness if you want. Unit was as described and process and price was fantastic. Highly recommend it.

Perfect stay!
This property was perfection! It was well stocked, clean and beautiful. The location can’t be beat-a short walk to cute shops and restaurants and less than a 20 minute walk to downtown. So much room to sleep and play. We’d stay here again in a second!!

Great place to stay!
Although it wasn’t a quick walking distance to downtown, it can be done! And scooters are available around town too..as far as the house, it was great! Super nice and up to date! Beds were all very comfy and each room had their own bathroom..the outdoor decks were great and nice to have coffee/wine on..Vacasa was excellent at communicating..only negative was the late check in time (especially when your flight gets in at 11am) and early check out (10:00am)..had I known, I would have asked for early/late check out..BUT, we made it work and I’d do this place everytime in the future!

Great location, great space
Loved the location of this home, easy walk to gulch (5 mins) and Broadway (30 mins). Always felt safe even when walking back late at night. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The home had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group of 7 women easily. We could be together when we wanted to or have quiet time to ourselves if needed. The rooftop patio and the living room were our favorite places to hang out. All in all a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on a return Nashville trip.

Reunion for 8 Women Turning 70
We had a fabulous time at this property. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. We had trouble with the code system to get into the unit so be sure to get proper instructions there. The local manager was very nice and helpful. The kitchen is well supplied but could use more silverware and a serving table. The unit is in a good location and not in the heart of the action, which we preferred. We were able to walk to Broadway in about 30 minutes and to 12th Ave S shopping area in about 40 minutes.

Beautiful Nashville Home
Had a wonderful vacation staying in this beautiful home. Location was very convenient with a short drive or walk to downtown and other places we visited. Although we were just one couple staying this time, this house is definitely roomy enough for several other couples to stay and for each to have privacy and their own bathrooms. Especially loved the kitchen and the overall decor of the home. The gameroom was fun, but was a bit disappointed at the lack of comfortable seating--one of the chairs was broken and in the garage, and several bar stools were wobbly. Also the garage code we were given did not work which was a minor inconvenience. Overall rating is about 4.8.

Annual Nashville group trip

Nashville Delight
Beautiful property, great immenities, superb communication between property manager and myself every step of the way. Close to Music Row, Broadway and other Nashville attractions. Would absolutely recommend staying here!!
