Lovely house in Germantown
Great house for a stay in Germantown. The location was perfect and easy to get everywhere. House was everything we needed, will definitely stay here again

Cozy Cottage in Great Location
Although this bungalow style. Home is small it feels roomy inside. Located in a bustling neighborhood it is still very quiet in the evening. Many neighborhood cafes and close to amenities. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great place!
We had a great time at this property! It was super cute, clean and perfect for our family- 2 adults and 2 kids. The neighborhood is clean and safe- we enjoyed the local restaurants and if it hadn't been so hot, we would have walked around to explore a lot more. The air conditioning in the home was awesome, and very comfortable beds! The house is very close to downtown and has great off-street parking. We arrived into town earlier than we expected and emailed the owner hoping to check in early, and she responded quickly and allowed us to get in. Highly recommend!

Cozy historic home
The restored Germantown area was very pretty. Easy to walk to local restaurants, but you’ll need to drive or Uber to downtown. The beds were very comfy. Bathroom was very small and very little water pressure in the shower. There is also no dishwasher.

Wonderful cottage
This was a great little house, in a wonderful neighborhood. We walked everywhere and there are fabulous restaurants in the area. The house itself was charming with comfy beds and nice linens. It would be nice to have a rubber mat in the shower to avoid slippage (we did not slip). All in all, a wonderful stay!!

We had a girls weekend at the cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is within walking distance for just about any of your needs. We will stay here again on our next trip thoroughly enjoyed everything! It’s an awesome clean safe historical district. You can just walk around and enjoy all the houses/business’s and what there is to offer.

Sara, Overall the place had cottage charm. As an owner of many properties there are a few things to consider. The conclusions need repairing on tub handles with some kind of safety handle to get into the tub. Definitely a rubber tub mat so no one slips. The refrigerator had missing bars and there was only 3 glasses with no wine glasses. We had a nice time. Thank you! We understand that some renters are a disaster. Lol I even cleaned your towels!

Wonderful stay
This cottage was as advertised, everything was absolutely perfect, my wife was very excited about her visit to Nashville for her 50th birthday. She absolutely loved the cottage and its location would definitely recommend it to other's, don't miss out on this little gem.

Great Location with Warmy/Cozy feel

Cute cottage in a great location
The cottage was on a quiet street close to everything. Rowan and Sara were excellent hosts and fast to answer questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in Nashville. Tips: There is plenty of hot water for everyone to take a shower just don't let anyone use the kitchen faucet while you are in the shower. Don't miss eating at Monell's Germantown location.
