Roomy Comfortable Place in Perfect Location
3.5 bathrooms were perfect for our group of 7 ladies. The living space was perfect for gathering and catching up. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The AC worked great even up stairs. Thoughtful touches like soft throws for long late night chats. Close to everything we wanted to do! Oh and loved the Mural in the parking lot.

Great place
We stayed here while visiting our daughter at Belmont and found the place and location to be fantastic. Walking distance to lots of great coffee spots, restaurants and Belmont campus. We would definitely rent here again. Loved the fact that there are two queen beds and a twin with trundle upstairs with a full bath. Family room very cozy and kitchen well equipped!

Overall the place was great. I would suggest trimming the trees or putting up a mirror on the telephone pole. Very difficult and dangerous to make a left on Blaire.on the telephone pole. Very difficult to get

Siblings and Spouses enjoy Nashville
We were a group of 6 age range from 60 to 70. Property was very nice. Great location, open concept for enjoying time together. Roof top patio was amazing! Only downside was the upstairs bedroom did not have an A/C unit, only fans. A little hot for Nashville in July. Also, I specifically inquired about this with the leasing company prior to booking and was assured there was.

An incredible cozy find!
This location is simply beautiful inside and out, and is situated in a safe, picturesque neighborhood within steps of Belmont University. It’s also an easy walk to South Street. The pictures are representative and the house is clean and well stocked with attention to details. Three couples stayed comfortably, with bed/bath privacy and shareable space in the living/kitchen area. The rooftop deck was an added plus. If you’re looking to enjoy all Nashville has to offer while appreciating a little distance from the bustle of Broadway, this is it!

Friends in Nashville
Friends from Toronto high school days visited me in Knoxville and wanted to see Nashville the last two days (then fly out of Nashville), so I booked this spot in my fave Nashville neighborhood where we could walk to the 12 South district and even The Gulch. We loved the accommodations- there were five of us so we each got our own bed, and our little dog was very happy with the neighborhood walks and the fact she got to go to Frothy Monkey and into various 12 South shops. We all agreed this would be our choice to stay again on our next visit to Nashville - likely with husbands!

Beautiful place, great location
The home looks just as beautiful as the photos. There was plenty of room, well stocked, well decorated. The instructions were very detailed. The rooms were big, there were lots of bathrooms and we had a great time there. We had one issue regarding cleanliness which I communicated to the owners so hopefully that gets taken care of for the next guests.

The rental was perfect. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to great restaurants. Grocery store just blocks away. The house had every amenity we could have asked for plus. The balcony and rooftop deck were used nonstop. Thank you for sharing your home. We would definitely use again.
