Our short and sweet homecoming
We studied in VU, we decided to stay at this house as this is walking distance to the university and thus allow us to walk around the campus to reminisced our time here. Overall house is clean, equipped with ample supplies for our family of 3 small kids and clean. Only thing is that its get very cold at night and the heater provided is not enough to heat the whole house, otherwise my kids and I enjoyed our stay here

Girl’s Weekend
My husband rented this cottage for my Mom, sister, and I to have a girl’s weekend away. The cottage was cozy, clean, and had all the comforts of home, plus some extras. We really appreciated the welcome book. It was full of good information and restaurant recommendations. The apartment is in close vicinity to lots of attractions. Communication with the host was always very prompt and professional. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Quaint Cottage
Susan communicated with us better than anyone has before. She also provided some nice extras like washing machine soap, dishwasher detergent, water, snacks, and more. The cottage was very private, quiet, and comfortable.

The Cottage was a perfect place to stay. Easily walkable to coffee, restaurants, and shopping and a short Uber ride to downtown. Highly recommend. I also felt very safe in the area.

Private and great location
This little house is very quiet and private, and in a safe neighborhood. It is easy walking distance to many restaurants. The layout of the house is very good with plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen, good living room furniture, and very comfy beds and pillows. The two AC units worked really well and there are ceiling fans. Originally I was concerned about the alleyway location but it was fine with almost no drive-by traffic. The stone steps up to the house are a little tricky. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay with little touches
We had a short but nice stay! My daughter had a second job interview in Brentwood and we also looked at apartments so were out of the house mostly. I appreciated the little touches left for us - toiletries, coffee, oatmeal, and comfy beds! The apartment had a little musty smell but overall it didn't bother us!

Nashville Weekend
I came to Nashville for a short stay with my best friend the weekend before my wedding. Our group of 6 ended up only being 2 since we had last minute cancellations. The property was nice, there was a guidebook for things to do and see in Nashville, and there was a Starbucks closeby. I didn’t realize how close we were to Vanderbilt, but it was a very nice area. I would book here again if I go back to Nashville.

Close to Vanderbilt medical center
This is a cottage located off an alley about 3 blocks from Vanderbilt Hospital. I had intended to walk there, but the triple-digit heat made that impossible. Every room contains thoughtful touches. The two wall A/C units (living room, bedroom) held their own for the first 3 days, but on my last night the bedroom unit wasn’t working as well and the room got warmer than I like. That is about the only thing I found wrong. Prospective guests should note that the stairs leading up to the unit are VERY uneven (each one a different rise up), a challenge for me at my age.

Great for a family of four!
This cottage is a nice quiet place tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. But you can easily walk downtown (2 miles) or Uber - and good places to eat nearby. Place was clean, check in a breeze. Would stay again!
