This place was very clean, very charming and very cozy! It was perfect for a ladies getaway to Nashville-with two great coffee shops just a minute walk away too!! We’d all definitely stay again!

Nice property and neighborhood and a 1 1/2 mile or so walk to the downtown music venues or easy uber ride. The place was bigger than we expected and very comfortable for our party of 9

Platinum in Music Row

Great set up! Loved having 2 bathrooms. Easy check and check out. Nice scooter ride from all the activities, which meant a quiet sleep!!!

Great house, Great location

The property was very clean and modern. It was bright and open and easily accommodated the six adults our party. The location was within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and bars but still a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay there. Our host was very easily contacted and responded promptly to any messages I sent.

Positives:Comfortable bedsGood locationSpaciousPlenty of parkingGood communicationKitchen well stockedNegatives:Basement with washer dryer was filthyUpstairs tenants easily heardDoors hard to closeSafety hazards for young childrenNo bath mats for very slippery floors when wetThere was a leak under the kitchen sink and a bent floor vent that was taken care of quickly. Our grand son pulled the cord to the dining room blind that came crashing down which led to a visit to the ER and a broken finger. When we put the blind back up we discovered it is cut too short and barely hanging on.

Perfect Nashville Getaway

We really enjoyed this location. The house was spacious and in a really great area. Walkable to almost everything. There were renters above us which was a little irritating in the morning as they would be walking around early in the morning and it was pretty loud. Otherwise very enjoyable stay and we would stay here again!

Spacious quiet location just outside of the downtown scene.

Spent a long weekend here with 4 friends. The place is HUGE! Much bigger than we expected from the description. The beds were all comfortable and the place was very clean. We were about a 12-15 minute walk to some great restaurants and bars. Lyft was super easy and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to broadway with traffic. We highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a great time without the added cost of being on broadway.

The house was nice and clean. Great location. Just needs some kind of shelf in bathrooms and the living room rug is too slick. Kind of a tripping/falling hazard.

Great Place & Location

We stayed here during a trip with another family. The location was great--very walkable & nice--and the property provided the right spaces for two families with younger kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home for a Nashville getaway

The home is super clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. We had everything we needed for the weekend. The place is well stocked and location is great. Walking distance to restaurants. Loved the coffee shop right across the street. The owner is super responsive to any questions you have. Would stay her again!

Wow. This placed amazed my friends and I. Beautiful home, so much space for multiple people and a perfect location. If youre looking to stay in the city with a large party, this is the place for you. There were clean linens, towel, and even hygiene supplies! The beds were so comfy and all of my friends couldnt stop raving about how they would live there in a heartbeat.

Great Location to stay in Nashville

The location gives a nice quiet place in Music Row to stay. it is near the quieter restaurants and bars for the simpler times and an easy drive downtown to Broadway. The home is perfectly suited for our group of 5 but can easily see how 12 would work. Very pleased!!

Cute & Clean!

10 of us girls rented the house for a fun weekend in Nashville. The house was super cute and clean, beds and furniture were comfortable, the deck was nice, and all the parking behind the house was great.

GREAT STAY

My wife and our two adult sons came to Nashville for a short one night stay for business the next day. Although we didn't cook any food in the kitchen, the kitchen was spacious. This VRBO was very close to restaurants and close to where we needed to be for our business meeting. It was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the large TV was easy to watch and parking was safe and secure behind our building. If/when we are in Nashville again, we would like to stay here again. Thanks so much!
