Spacious, comfortable, and well appointed
We enjoyed our stay here for a conference at the Gaylord just two miles away. Love that there’s a 2 car garage and plenty of street parking as well. Great kitchen with new appliances and even an air fryer! Linens were cozy. There was a cold snap and it was snowing during our visit, so we did not use the rooftop deck. Future guests should be advised that this stay requires lots of stairs, as living spaces and deck are on 4 levels. It was not an issue for us, but I can imagine it might be for a guest with different mobility needs.

Great location and space
We enjoyed the multi levels that made is easy for the various family groups to have space but come together in the living area. Location was convenient to Nashville and the surrounding areas we were exploring. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the location again. at the location Macau.

30th Birthday Celebration
Everything was great except for the mandatory insurance fee which is in small print at bottom of listing. The cost is misleading since they add it on after you decide to stay at their home. When initially running the total costs, this fee is not included. It is a beautiful home with well appointed decor and very clean. It fit our family of 6 very well. Overall a 4 star but not a 5 only due to not being more upfront with the mandatory insurance fee.

Spartan Race Trip
There was a group of 8 of us that stayed for 5 nights and for the most part we very much enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is great, and the place itself was very clean and spacious and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. What I didn't like was the non refundable damage deposit cost through the company itself (even though I booked through VRBO) before they would provide the check in code. I assumed booking through VRBO and paying in advance, this would have already been included in the price. We also asked for propane for the rooftop fire table as the three tanks at the property were empty upon our arrival and we were promised someone would drop some off but we did not receive any propane. And just an FYI for the company, it would be nice to have more then 2 dishwasher tabs as for a group of 8, we needed to run the dishwasher more then twice during our stay and it was inconvenient to go grab more (I realize this is not a major concern, just would be nice to have)

The property was as advertised and really convenient for our group attending a conference at the Gaylord Opryland. The only problem was the toilet on the lower lever would not flush properly. I notified the manager and was told someone would contact me with a time for the repair. It never came. I spent many hours using the plunger and could get it to work for a flush or two. We managed with only 3 toilets for 4 parties, but it was a disappointment.

Excellent! As advertised.
Everything was as advertised. Loved the rooftop, grill & fire table, only wish the weather had been nicer to enjoy it even more. The kids loved having a TV in every room. Nice amenities were provided - soap, shampoo, shower gel, laundry pods, dishwasher pods. More than many places provide! Location was convenient to many places within 20 minutes drive. Not a walking neighborhood. 2 car garage, but if you have a full size SUV only one vehicle will fit. They do allow one vehicle to park behind garage which nearly all units did so parking got a bit tight at times. Great place for couples, families or groups of 6-8 people. Only minor inconveniences such as a TV remote with dead batteries and minor cleanliness issues such as dust bunnies, stained rugs & towels. Not a good place for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The stairs are quite steep. We would definitely stay again.

Could be perfect with a few tweaks & repairs
Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was awesome, and the toiletries provided were very nice. The location was convenient, but on a busy street and road noise was very loud until around midnight. The sound machines provided were very much appreciated. A few things could be improved - in the primary bedroom, for some weird reason, the overhead light came on in the middle of our first night and twice in the middle of our second night - woke us up each time! There were no hand towels provided in the primary bath, but plenty of bath towels. In the other 3d floor bedroom, the ceiling fan didn't work, there was no blow dryer (we just shared), and the curtains didn't close well enough to block out the bright sunlight, which made it hard for a toddler's nap time. In the first floor bedroom, the TV strangely came on in the middle of one night and woke up our friends. We wish there had been more seating in the den for the 8 adults and 2 toddlers staying there. Three people could sit on the sofa, but the few other seats weren't comfy. The rug in the den was very stained and dirty. The clothes dryer also didn't work well. We washed a small load, ran it through the dryer twice, and finally had to hang the clothes up to dry. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the basics and had everything we needed and more. The coffee and kitchen supplies provided were generous. We couldn't use the rooftop deck because the furniture cushions were soaking wet all weekend.

Perfect house for a trip to Nashville
The Kitchen/Living Room was nice and big with lots of seating. The large island and "coffee station" were perfect for our group of adults. Very well stocked with all the things you need. All the bedrooms have their own bath which made EVERYONE happy. Even the Guys!. The rooftop deck with Fireplace and TV were a perfect place for a nightcap every evening and to relax and visit after a busy day in Nashville. There is a little traffic noise, as one review mentioned, but unless you're ultra sensitive to that, none of us found it to be a problem. The location had easy access to all the main roads leading to everything Nashville. I would highly recommend this VRBO as your home base on your next trip to Nashville! Rikki B

Nashville 2023
This was my second stay in Nashville and the first for my friends. We all enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly what they depicted on the site…. spacious, clean and not far from downtown. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others as well.

Perfect Nashville Getaway
Booked for a group of 8 to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. House is amazing. The rooftop deck was our favorite spot. We couldn’t find the tv remote for the deck when we arrived, so a team member made a special trip to buy remotes and leave them at the door for us. Can’t ask for a better spot or customer service. Will definitely stay again!

Great house
The house was the perfect size with great sized rooms. The patio was great too! Kitchen had any utensils needed with plenty of plates and glasses. The noise from the busy road and the fire station was something to get used to but in all fairness we live in the country so we are not used to any noises by our house. It was a 15 minute drive to east Nashville, downtown Nashville and grand old Opry. Will book this house again!!
