Overcharged
BEWARE if you wear makeup or spray tan...DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I just got charged $280 for "stained" sheets and towels. The washcloth I had didn't even look to be washed or any different then I left it. I don't even use bleach at home and I can get it out. They should've have no problem if they washed it right or had decent washing machines. They charged me on the 4th of July and I have called and left 3 emails to dispute this and I have heard nothing. I hate complaining but this is insane. If people are traveling to Nashville they usually get dolled up!! There's more... I also had a hard time getting into our VRBO...they said since I booked 3 months out my verification wasn't seen on their end because it was booked too far in advance...when I booked they gave me 24 hours to verify so I HAD to verify at that time and my team got in the home later because of it. The grill was also broken...they asked if I knew how to use it right...being a woman that was super annoying. It turned out to be the igniter... All in all, I was going to let those last two things go because I never complain but the overcharge on a holiday and the silence after the charge without me having to dispute is just straight rude. The area was nice though so if you find another VRBO around that would be a better bet.

This is a great house in a nice area. It worked well for a larger group. The house can you use a deep clean and some fixes, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay and would definitely stay again. A few little things that needed fixed, but, overall worked well! Looks like pictures and short Uber trip to just about anywhere. Owner/manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Family Stay in Music City
Three of my sisters and all of our spouses stayed for three nights. The home was decorated nicely and clean. The parking was easier for one vehicle. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Great location! The arrangement set up for transportation was outstanding! It was super easy to let ourselves in and out with the security system in place. Some minor recommendations would be to tighten up the kitchen drawers, tighten up the bunk bed on the main floor, work on the water drainage in the showers and sinks, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a great idea. Overall, I would recommend this to all family and friends!

Nashville Getaway
Get a new cleaning company. They are not doing what they are being paid to do. Floor was dirty, toilet cleaner splashed all over floor, dirty towels in washer (one had blood on it), upstairs shower curtain is molded. Bathroom hand towels would have been helpful. No dish towels. Maybe have maintenance look at all showers. The handles are loose. The upstairs one is gonna fall of real soon.

Such a bright open townhouse
This was great for the 3 couples who stayed. Plenty of space for all of us. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and family room is all wide open. We enjoyed spending time there. The recommendation I have is leave extra garbage bags so we can throw more stuff away. The one thing I was disappointed with is the cleanliness of the bathroom floors, and the master bath shower floor. I got down on my hands and knees and used Clorox wipes to clean them. Otherwise we would stay there again!

The property has an amazing view of downtown and is just a quick Uber or car ride to all the action. It comfortably accommodated our whole family and everyone had their own space. The lock system was not working. So, that was an inconvenience, but otherwise it was a great place!
