Everything was as discussed during booking. Location was perfect,place was clean and spacious.

Great place but dirty.
We loved the place initially but started to notice things as the stay went on. I’m not sure the place was dusted or vacuumed. There was some sort of sticky substance on the carpet in two of the rooms. Mainly the one in the master bedroom, just gross. Lamps, tables and kitchen pendant lights all had layers of dust. There were cobwebs in all the rooms in the corners of the ceilings. The first day we noticed an ant in the third bedroom but considered it a one off until the last night. We were sitting on the couch and I had one crawling up my arm. After a closer look, there were many ants crawling on the couch, wall and floor in the living room. There were a ton of dead ones all along the baseboards and sliding door. We typically travel to Nashville every other year and would have loved to stay here again but because of the cleanliness, this will NOT be a place we will consider for future visits. I hope the next person has a better and cleaner experience!

Picture Perfect Nashville Stay
The condo was wonderful for our group of 8. Everything was spotless and the decorations were perfect for photo ops before heading out to Broadway, which was only a 5 minute drive. The owners also provided a handful of snacks and coffee/creamers/sugars for us, super sweet of them:)

This was great property. Room was clean and exactly as listed. Property manager was responsive with answers to questions. There is a fitness room with cardio machines and free weights. The locations is a 10min drive to broadway and other attractions

Great ladies weekend get away!
We stayed at the Muse condo to celebrate my sister getting married and the decor, cleanliness, and just vibe of the condo was out of this world. We walked in from a long day of exploring Nashville and were completely blown away. We had no issues with location and were thankful it was far enough from Broadway that we didn’t deal with the late night noise and chaos. The 20 minute walk to Broadway was great during the day and it was easy to get an Uber home every night. Only downside was the code to enter the building didn’t work and we had to get two different codes from the property manager to actually get into the condos but no issues getting into the actual room. Typical condo, we could hear our neighbors pretty much nightly but we get that people in Nashville are there to party so we weren’t too annoyed!

Great stay and a very quick urber ride into town. It was nice to come back to this location after the festivities of Nashville! Another great note is the drip bar next store can store your bags before your flight .

We had a group of 4 Moms and 4 daughters who stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our daughters 21st birthdays. We had plenty of room for everyone and with a quick 1 mile uber to downtown, it was perfect!

Enjoyed the fun property that is so close to Broadway and more! A quick Uber ride or walk got us to where we needed to go. The beds were comfy and the place was decorated perfectly! Would stay again!

Cutest place to stay!
The decor and vibe of this condo was perfect for our girls trip! The walls are super thin and you can hear everything and anything going on from outside or close rooms. There was a guy who maybe got kicked out by who he was staying with and was screaming for hours and hours, out front drinking and peeing. His face was bloodied. There were a few homeless people arguing outside too. When we moved the cushions on the chair, it was really dirty under there and then when we moved the pink bench under the cute hello gorgeous sign, it was dirty too. I think it was surface cleaned and swept up, but could definitely use a deep clean and furniture should be moved when it is being cleaned for the next guests. The room with the king size bed only had a sheet and no comforter. There was not an extra one that we could find in any of the closets. Also, having more towels would be helpful since there is no washer/dryer and people shower more than once when they're staying somewhere for 4 days. Tried calling the management company about the guy out front and then another homeless man that came in while a bunch of people were leaving and ran and got onto the elevator. Did not get an answer. The snacks and coffee, creamer, etc were much appreciated! We did have the best time, but wanted to give some constructive criticism to make it even better!!!

Highly Recommend
The beds we’re comfortable. We loved the location. It was far enough to sleep peacefully but close enough to walk to Broadway. When we didn’t walk, we paid $8 for a Lyft each way. We tried Lime scooters for 4 for fun but the Lyft was cheaper. I was worried about the security codes to get in after reading other reviews but we never had an issue. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would book this place again over any hotel on Broadway!

Lots of room and quick uber ride to Broadway
Pros: nice place that is either 20 minute walk to Broadway or $10 uber. Recommend Uber, as it likely will cost less than parking. Roof deck area was nice and decent view of skyline. Snacks, coffee, toiletries are all there! Negatives: pay to park in the building. Area is busy with 18 wheelers. Nightime- would not recommend a woman walk alone.....
