First time in Nashville!
We had a great stay- walked to Broadway every night, did a tour of the Musicians Hall of Fame, and enjoyed a night at The Listening Room! The accommodations were great! Appreciated the coffee and extra amenities to make for an easy and fun stay. The highway noise is noticeable but the sound machine was helpful. Thanks Johnna! We would stay again and recommend it to others.

The space was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for! The location was great. It was close to several key spots we wanted to visit. It was very clean. Parking was easy. The property manager was very responsive. The Pac-Man game was a hit! I would definitely book here again and highly recommend it to others.

Long Weekend Stay
Great walking distance from food/bars/sights. Nice property on the inside. Struggled a bit with getting the code for access but Johnna was attentive and helped with ease. Fully stocked kitchen/appliances was great. Was comfortable with 5 people staying.

21st Birthday for son
My son brought 3 friends and I brought a friend that made it 6 and it fit us comfortably! Location: walkable to everything. Less then a mile to everywhere you want to be if your heading downtown. Facility: The rooftop patio is outstanding to have a few and hanging before heading downtown. Also great place to meet others. A huge bonus to this property! 100% would come back to this same location and VRBO! Also was able to text with owner if I had and issue!

Nicely put together place, with a home-like feel
Our stay was just right for a trip to Nashville with a group of friends. We were walking distance to broadway at such an affordable price! Furthermore, the VRBO apartment was clean, chic, while quite modern and updated. On top of it all, the host was prompt to all of our needs and ensured we had a great stay. Thanks so much!

I was meeting with several friends from across the US & Canada for our first trip to Nashville. We appreciated the convenience of this location as well as the communication from the owner. She made everything smooth and easy for us. We would definitely recommend this space!

Great location, awesome rental
The overall safety of this place was awesome, both for us and our car. It was just under a mile to get to the whole scene, which was a safe, easy walk to get to, and a fast uber ride back. And far enough away from Broadway that it was so, so quiet. I stayed in the bedroom, but there are bunk beds in the main living area. 2 of our group slept in them and we all commented on getting great sleep. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of room to stretch out and store our things. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Nashville!

Awesome place and great location.
The unit was clean and very well equipped. It was such a plus to have shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower also. We were also happy with the parking available. We were traveling to our winter home and had all of our belongings in our car and felt the parking garage was a nice safe place to park our car during our visit. Just a short Uber ride to Broadway and all of the activities Nashville has to offer.

Great place
We paid the same price as a hotel while in Nashville for the CMA fest. It was within walking distance of downtown, perfect with lime scooters. The place was clean and beautiful. We LOVED the pac man game and access to the rooftop. It qas quiet and the bed was comfortable. The manager was helpful and easy to work with, we go to Nashville often and would continue to stay here moving forward.

Such a nice building. Loved that there was the option of street parking or the garage for a fee. Short walk or Uber to Broadway. Super clean. Snacks/coffee/water were a nice surprise! Would stay again!

Perfect for a girls trip!
From the beginning the hostess was very attentive. Always trying to get us excited about our upcoming trip with all the information and special accommodations so we could have a smooth arrival. The place is beautiful, perfect for three girls that just wanted to have a relaxing weekend in Nashville. The Apt has everything you need, you will feel at home. It was so peaceful that we had to force ourselves to go out. Location! 1 mile away from all important attractions and 15 min from the airport.

This is a really nice condo in a central location close to expressways with easy access into the building. Johnna was the best host I've ever had who went above and beyond to communicate and accomodate our every need! Not only was there enough of everything to get us through the long weekend, but the little extras like Qtips, cotton pads, umbrellas were greatly appreciated! And did I mention Ms Pac-Man 🤗 Would definitely stay here again!

Best Nashville traveling experience ever
Property was amazing. Clean and open with a ton of amenities. The rooftop terrace is incredible. If it was a little warmer, it would have been hard to leave there. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Nashville. Johnna is an outstanding host. I asked her several questions (probably too many), she was gracious and accommodating every time. She even followed up on each instance to make everything beyond smooth.

I’ve stayed in a lot of vacations rentals and this far exceeds the others, the condo is beautiful with a great location and comfortable.beds We loved the rooftop lounge inside and outside space. The home owner is very helpful if you have any questions. I would recommend this rental to anyone with a small group short car ride to broadway or a 20 minute walk it was great.
