Love this place!
Five of us stayed at this beautiful apartment in downtown Nashville when we came to see Jon Batiste. The apartment was very nice and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the two balconies--one in the living area and one in a bedroom. The apartment is on the river and not far from the Ryman. Lovely decor and very clean. We had no issues accessing the parking or apartment. We would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Nashville weekend
We had a great time in Nashville. The property is in easy walking distance of Broadway, Printer’s Alley, the Capital and German Town. We had lots room. No need to purchase coffee as there is a Keureg with lots of pods. Thanks!

My biggest issue with this property was the cleanliness or lack there of. When we arrived i noticed the unit was dusty, but thought whatever we weren't spending a ton of time in unit so i could overlook. Then we noticed the cheerios all over the floor in the living area. There was an endless supply under the sofa and in the closet of the master bedroom. Again we chuckled about it and went on with our trip. My disquest was when we stripped the beds prior to checkout and there was a GIANT blood stain on the mattress pad. I nearly vomited. I would expect that the cleaning crew would have taken care of this instead of just remaking the bed. I have NEVER experienced this before and will never rent a property managed by this company again.

Moms 81st Birthday
We stayed w/our Mom, Aunt, & Uncle to go to Broadway & see P!NK! The condo was Beautiful & accommodated All of Us really good! The parking was a bonus since we rented a car. We discussed staying again w/friends since only a 1-mile walk to Broadway.

Sleeping on the highway
The apartment was clean, nicely decorated but the bedrooms are facing the road which has high traffic. Busses, motorcycles, cara were loud and I felt as if I were sleeping on the street. I could not sleep all night. There were sound machines in the bedrooms which didn't even come close to masking the loud noise from the road. Then the bathroom, there were two bathrooms and the one clogged and it to half the day to get maintenance.

Amazing
Our group of friends (6) traveling from Destin, FL stayed at Eve on the River 207 and it was amazing. The unit was very clean and up to date. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable and sitting for everyone. It was on the Cumberland River and close to everything. There was a train track beside us but did not bother us at night. The only negative was the parking space was against the back wall and backing a Suburban backed in with other vehicles around was challenging. Suggestion, in the end bedroom put wall outlet extenders as the bedframe covers the outlets and the bed is very heavy. This is especially helpful for those using CPAP machines and for charging your devices. Overall was an amazing place and would definitely stay again.

Clean and Good location
The property was very clean and was perfect size for my group of 6 people. It is close to the train tracks so if a person is a light sleeper it could be a little noisy at night. The location will be really nice once all of the construction around the condo is done. Overall we really enjoyed the place and location.

Great property (but a broken shade)
Great property. Long-ish walk to Broadway area. One problem: electric shade/blind in back bedroom room was broken and fell to the ground and could not be hooked back up -- passersby on street could see in (but 2nd floor!).

The condo was really nice and a good location! All was well until we tried to get back into the building and condo after midnight our last night. Our building code and unit codes did not work. We spent over an hour trying to get in with codes property mgr gave. He had to end up coming and letting us in. Not fun in the 90 plus weather, and people needing to use the restroom. Not acceptable!

Building and doors issues.
We had problems from day one. The building code and door code provided to me didn't work. The only way we got into the property was by a cleaning lady wh just happened to be leaving. I called customer service and finally got a code to work for access to the condo. We couldn't leave the property until we had a building code. I finally got a code that worked about 45 minutes later. The next day we spent the whole day out but we couldn't access the condo because the code didn't work. Called customer service again, tried several codes, nothing worked. She said a manager would contact us. We wanted outside for approximately 30 minutes without a call. Called customer service again. More codes and more codes and nothing worked. We waited outside for about an hour or more without a bathroom, food, medicines and etc. and still no call. Finally a manager showed up and helped us but apparently this was not the first time something like this happened. The manager was supposed to call me back yesterday but didn't. I tried calling her today with no answer and voice mail full. This was a terrible experience.
