Great property and fantastic location
This house had everything we needed. The outdoor space was especially nice with a huge backyard and seating area with large tv. The location was great with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We plan to return.

Close to Perfection!
Everything was perfect except that I would not consider the basement bedroom as an actual bedroom. First, it needs it's own bathroom and second the windows are not finished so they were full of cobwebs and there is no usable closet. Luckily my brother was okay with roughing it for a couple days. Also, they already know this, but I just want to reiterate that the house needs a Kurig and a bigger dining room table. The house sleeps 12 people but the table only seats 6. Otherwise, it was a great house and a great place to stay and the managers were exceptional.

Beautiful Home & Gorgeous Property
We loved our stay!! The home was built a long time ago but that is what makes it so enchanting! It looks like a little castle nestled in the woods with a beautiful back yard, including a creek where our grandkids spent lots of time. The house is spotless and had everything we could ever want or need. The beds were very comfortable with soft, clean sheets and plenty of blankets. We can't wait to come again and rent this property!! Thank you Aaron for providing such a nice stay for me and my family!

Convenient location
House is older but very comfortable. Well furnished with comfortable beds. The two first floor bedrooms share a bathroom. We did not think the basement bunk room was suitable for young children, and there is no bathroom. Great location on a quiet street with easy access to downtown as well as shopping malls and supermarkets. There is a very nice outdoor space with a fireplace, but the seat cushions need serious cleaning or replacement. The manager was very responsive and pleasant when addressing a problem with the hot water heater, and it was taken care of quickly.

Great Escape!
The pictures of the house don’t do it justice. We had 3 generations of our family and we all had our own space. The location was perfect for getting into town and the Belmont campus. The amenities were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and back deck. Watching the herons walk up the creek was a bonus. The owners were great to work with. Would recommend this house to everyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location for a party house
Upon arrival the property appeared ok - trash in-landscaping unexpected for the neighborhood. Needs some landscaping upkeep. Too many stinky plug-ins definitely hiding old house smell - outdoor patio furniture is is tired looking wicker that has seen too many parties and needs to be replaced. Good size rooms - main level king size bedroom is dark, dank and the bed is horrible. Stairs to basement are typical of an old house extremely steep - found a few roaches greeting us when we dropped off towels in the laundry room. Bathrooms are well appointed including the roaches that greeted us on our toothbrushes on our first and last morning there. We vacated the property (we had a 2 year old toddler with us). Didn’t feel comfortable staying under the roach condition. Property manager reacted very quickly and brought exterminator out immediately. Exterminator wrote up a report to indicate there wasn’t a roach infestation problem and that the house is treated monthly which I appreciated but felt like he was trying to convince me it would be fine to be around this particular type of roach. I’m sorry I wasn’t willing to risk staying there and having roaches appear randomly with a child playing in the floor. Where there is one roach there are usually hundreds. I’m sure the nice rolling creek behind the house doesn’t help with this situation. I never right reviews and didn’t want to write this one but I wouldn’t recommend this property if children are going to be staying in the house.

Family and friends holiday
We had a wonderful time. Property was nice and the big backyard was really awesome for our dog! Jacuzzi was a big plus. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped. Overall a great time in Nashville

Magical, restful, peaceful
This how is even better than the photos. It's hard to explain the relief of being exhausted on tour and ending up somewhere as absolutely comforting as this house. The house is clean, well appointed--every detail was handled beautifully (down to the soft sheets and towels & the lovely shampoo and body wash). The hot tub was amazing, with the gorgeous landscaping and huge backyard added to the sense of peace. I was here with my band, which includes my husband (we are all middle aged, not the usual rowdy band type by a long shot), but I would 100% come here with my family / kids. Kitchen has enough that we were able to make two delicious meals with pots/ utensils provided. Owners were available and attentive but unobtrusive. Five stars not really enough--100 stars more like it. Will definitely return whenever possible.
