Great Stay
Appreciated the large comfortable beds and great patio set up. The very clean unit is in good condition and beautifully decorated. We used the pool and gym, and both were great. Broadway is a quick Uber ride, however, it is also walkable.

Great spot for a girl's weekend
Stayed here for 4 nights on a girl's trip to Nashville with four people. The location seemed to be in a safe, quiet area and was easy to get to. It's a little jaunt from downtown Nashville, but Lyft rides were cheap and got us there quickly. We utilized the kitchen and laundry facilities, loved the balcony and the fact there were 2 separate bathrooms. It was too chilly on our trip to utilize the pool and we were too lazy to use the gym, but both looked nice. The only thing I didn't like was the apartment door code was extremely long - would have been nicer if it were my phone number instead of a random 10-digit code that I didn't memorize, but other than that, no real complaints.

Great 2bdrm condo!!
Great 2bdrm condo located in a secure bldg and nice location!! Walking distance to the Gulch...5 min Uber ride toost spots, including Broadway, Municipal Auditorium and Bridgestone Arena (Predators) as well as Nissan Stadium (Titans). Condo is also far enough from the nitelife so you get nice, quiet nights. Scooters are also located on property as well as a secured, assigned parking garage. Easy chk-in & out!! We will rent this same unit next time we visit Nashville!!!

Great Nashville weekend
The place was absolutely perfect for a Nashville weekend. Great location just outside of downtown. A little long for a walk but Ubers and scooters were easy. Pool was awesome. Our unit was great for two couples. Beds were very comfy. We would definitely stay again.

We had 2 guests for hideaway bed, No sheets where it stated on the app. I questioned how clean the extra comforters were When contacted they did bring a package of sheets that were just bought at Walmart But bad timing as we had plans and not knowing when they were coming we had to make due with a comforter found in closet 👎🏻 There was a 4 am full blown party in the pool with music loud noise. When suggested to remove linens and sheets at the end of the stay I wanted to vomit when I see the mattress pad I was sleeping on for 3 days … disgusting I think I will book a hotel I feel like they have better standards of cleanliness. Disappointed!

Good but ….
The living room area was very small. The walls are thin so we heard the people above is walking at night. The sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels and living room furniture are all LOW end and should be upgraded for the price. Location was great because it was centrally located. We could hear some traffic noise. We enjoyed the games that were left on the tv cabinet. Everything was very clean

We had a great time! The place was clean and worked awesome for 4 adults. We could walk downtown and stop at some restaurants along the way. Otherwise we took an Uber but it was a short quick trip. Great place and highly recommended!

Squeaky Clean
Stayed in many VRBO’s This is the cleanest we’ve ever experienced. The refrigerator sparkled, plenty of towels - easy walk to music row. Would have given an overall 5 stars but we had problems getting TV to work.

WORST VACATION EVER
First of all we arrived at 4:12 after being told they would be ready for us by 4 pm…cleaning staff were irritated that we wanted to get in our room as it was in our contract that check-in was 4 pm.Next we were asked to vacate the property so they could finish their so/called cleaning.I specifically told them the toilet in the 2nd bathroom needed cleaning however they never cleaned it. We were in constant contact with Turnkey about the condition of the room with many “We’re sorry” and apologies but NO remedies..Large shade in living area broken/lamp broken.Biggest issue TV in living area not working and reported several times. We were informed the last day of our stay that the TV had been reported prior to our stayor the stay before ours as being broken. We are sports fans and love to watch sports together with our friends but we’re not able to do this.I feel we were just given lip service for 3 days ….oh yes BTW when we finally got a TV on our last day it wouldn’t stay on due to the terrible internet service we were provided. In closing we are requesting and expecting a FULL refund from VRBO.I really don’t want to trash this place on Trip mate but will if necessary!!
