very nice place on the river near broadway
the rental was very clean and has beautiful views of the cumberland river. it is steps away from the train bridge - yes it could be loud but it was cool to watch the trains from the massive windows or on the outside deck. 2 beds and 2 baths was great for 2 couples. we walked to the Titans game and could see Nissan stadium from the deck. this rental is a few blocks up from the end of broadway. the best of Broadway is between 3rd and 7th so it was a bit of a walk. knowing we were also going to walk broadway all day we decide to drive and park. Parking can be very pricey. i recommend the Library parking lot on 6th ave - caps out at $20. most others are $5 per half hour. If you use one of the digital reading parking lots and have a rental, don't forget to log in at the end of your stay to remove your rental plate in the app - the cameras read by plate automatically. 20 minute drive across the river to Grand Ole Opry. Large mall up that way as well. 2 Minute drive to Germantown from Broadway - loved it up there. my negative for the apartment is the key codes to get in. they worked well but very confusing for new users. there are 2 garages for your free parking spot so ask which one to use. you need to exit the vehicle to enter the code. anyway - sounds easy but it was confusing for us.

Good location
River front condo was very nice and clean. Need an extension cord in first bedroom for lamp that had nowhere to plug in. Disappointed that we couldn’t check in 30 minutes early even though the unit was cleaned.

Great location and view
Everything was as expected. Pictures are very accurate. The bedrooms are small, but everything functional. The place is obviously very new, and everything is in good condition. Well supplied with essentials. Wonderful view of the Cumberland River and Titans stadium. Probably the closest condo to downtown you will find - about 1/2 mile walk. Overall a very good experience, I would recommend it.

Our stay was great, everything was exactly as pictured and very clean upon arrival. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. I understand what other reviews meant about the trains coming and going frequently but it wasn’t something that bothered us too much. The view was great!!! It wasn’t in a super great section of the city but we felt very safe with the locks and codes. We would’ve liked more towels, only 4 were provided for a unit that fit 6. The dishwasher also didn’t work when we tried to start it. We would definitely come back to this same spot again, though!!

fun weekend
Went down for 3 days for a fun weekend. The apartment was perfectly located in easy walking distance to downtown. It was quite comfortable with adequately sized rooms and nice bathrooms. There was a nice common living area and a small balcony over looking the the river. The main drawback was that the kitchen was not very well appointed compared to other apartments we have rented. The only coffee maker was a Keurig. However, we were only there for a few days and there was a decent coffee shot a 5 minute walk away. The front bedroom was quite noisy at night with people walking in from late night partying. Overall, it was a great weekend and the rental was fine.

Music City
Convenient location for us. We love to walk. 15 minutes to Broadway and all of the music. There could have been more storage for our clothing and they lack an ironing board. Everything else was fine.

Nashville/Eclipse Trip
We stayed on the condo during the first week of April. The condo is in a great location on the Cumberland River. We were very entertained by the train crossings and especially when the bridge turned to let a boat pass through. We drove from Nashville to Paducah, KY on Monday Apr 8th to be in the total eclipse. It was a great trip overall.

Weekend Getaway
The property was nice; beds very comfy. If you don't love technology; it can be a struggle here. Code for the garage, different code for the elevator and yet another code for the door lock. I understand the need for numerous codes but it wasn't easy. No one mentioned that after the code was put into the door lock, it still needed a turn of the switch to complete the locking process. I'm guessing our door was left unlocked the whole weekend as we didn't discover this until we left. I suppose we are old school but the next VRBO we traveled to from Nashville sent paperwork with all of the info printed. They had a direct phone number should we have issues vs call an 866#. They texted me right after we checked in to be sure everything was great. It all worked but this wasn't as easy and seamless as I had hoped. I prefer better communication.

Great location - cute & clean apartment!
Stayed with my girlfriends for a fabulous weekend in Nashville. Great location on the river, walking distance to Broadway, the market, etc. Apartment was really nice, good amenities, and safe. Note the second queen bed is the sofa in the living room. One garage spot assigned, but visitor spots available.

Great condo on the river
We loved the view of the river and the layout of this place. Nice kitchen and balcony. The location was perfect, close to Broadway and great restaurants in Germantown. There is a train that goes by regularly, but it isn't too loud and I personally love the sound of trains.

Nice location, good for couples stay
Cute condo in good location, just the right size for two couples. Our only complaints was the cleanliness of the place. It looked as if cleaning crew had not been through before we came. Additionally, the building has a door code lock system which changes every day which was annoying.

A nice modern condo
A very nice modern condo overlooking the river. Great views and a short 15 minute walk to all of action on Broadway. A very safe and desirable neighborhood (a lot of new construction nearby). Would definitely stay there again.
