ILLUME / Modern New Condo / Pool & Downtown Views / Gym

Nuestro condominio no fue dañado por el tornado y la mayoría de las áreas turísticas tampoco sufrieron daños. La mayor parte del daño se hizo al norte de Broadway y al otro lado del río en East Nashville. Ubicado en el área de Gulch-view muy deseable, nuestro condominio se terminó en diciembre de 2019. El edificio es ultramoderno, seguro, cuenta con piscina y gimnasio, área de parrillas y estacionamiento gratuito en un garaje cerrado con acceso por código a continuación. La entrada del edificio también es de código de acceso. Excelente alternativa a los preciosos hoteles cercanos. Cinco minutos a pie de restaurantes, bares y Gulch. Menos de una milla a Broadway. Uber / Lyft viaja al centro alrededor de $ 6-8. Tenemos mucha experiencia en negocios de alquiler a corto plazo y somos Superhosts. Este es un condominio NUEVO y es por eso que actualmente no tenemos comentarios.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a 5 minute Uber to Broadway, and very close to The Gulch activities. We wouldnt hesitate to stay in this property on our next Nashville trip.

Beautiful place, highly recommend you stay in the Gulch, visit Broadway
We had a fantastic stay at this property! It’s perfect for a couple, beautifully decorated with a modern Nashville theme. The place was spotless and well-maintained. It’s a 30-minute walk to Broadway and an easy Uber ride if you prefer. The location also offers an easy walk to the Gulch. The host was great and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Music City getaway
Our stay at the Ilume was everything I expected from the listing. Clean, comfortable, close to Broadway, and in a good neighborhood. Our host Carlos was very attentive and communicated well. I would highly recommend staying at his beautiful condo!

Fantastic Nashville Location!
We had a fantastic stay at the Apartment, so easy to walk into the Gulch and onto Broadway. We also went by car up to 12 South & Hattie B’s in Melrose (which definitely had a shorter line than the one downtown) Would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville to book here!

Great Stay
We had a nice stay over New Years. The unit is just as pictured. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Even had a guitar that you could play during the stay. Very clean unit. The only issue we had was not the owners fault but not enough sound proofing put in by the builders. It was New Years weekend but the noise from above might be an issue for a light sleeper.

Great time!
We enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable and well stocked. Super clean. Hosts are easy to communicate with. Easy walk to the Gulch. Can also take a longer walk to Broadway or quick Uber ride.

Overall, we had a great time. Walking distance to the Gulch area. Short Uber drive to Broadway. Place was very clean and decorated very cute for Nashville. Parking garage spaces are very small, so having a SUV made it challenging. One recommendation is to leave more toilet paper for guests. We only had one roll. We would stay there again.

Great for an Extended Weekend!
The apartment was extremely clean and an ideal retreat from the bustle of downtown. Cozy and comfortable. The balcony was a nice feature. The walls are a bit thin so we wore earplugs at night to sleep, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

EVERYTHING WE EXPECTED & MORE! :)
Our 1st time to Nashville and it was the perfect vacation! The condo was the perfect place for us, great location for walking, and even to Broadway (20-25 min walk). It was quiet at the condo, extremely neat and organized (loved that part), and the suggestions from Carlos were awesome. We packed a lot in, in our 5 night stay there. Thank you so much!

Very clean unit. Used pool while we were there. Walking distance to Gulch. Recommend eating at Biscuit Love for breakfast. We took Ubers to Broadway, grocery store and other locations. Great stay!

Wonderful host!!!
Checked in on me to make sure everything was okay. Also was very responsive. Very clean place. Instructions super clear about parking and entering building. GREAT central location, close to everything. The only thing I'd recommend is to have a couple things for the guests (atleast some water bottles would be nice) to enhance the experience, but I probably just didn't read the description in detail.

Clean, Quiet, Great Location
My husband and I enjoyed this property! We were in Nashville on vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. I especially liked that it was a 5 minute (or less) Uber anywhere we wanted to go. It was also close enough to walk to coffee shops nearby. It was nice to have dishes, coffee pot, Hulu services, etc. It felt more like a home. I liked that there were also pool accommodations (we were visiting in December, so we did not get a chance to take advantage of the space). The balcony view to the pool was great. Carlos was incredibly easy to work with. His emails were quick and efficient. He even allowed us early check in time. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, lovely property, outstanding hosts!
Carlos provided exhaustive info about the property, location, attractions, restaurants, etc. All was exceedingly helpful. Walkable access to the museums/HOFs, the Ryman, Gibson Garage, and, of course, Broadway bars and western boot stores! Lastly, enjoyed a relaxing glass of wine on the balcony after a busy day.
