10 friends that were born in 1962 and turned 62 this year. Easy walking distance to Broadway and other locations. Kitchen has fully stocked. Living room and rooftop space was nice for a group of 10. The floors looked clean, but were dirty. We requested garbage bags and gave permission to enter, we never got the bags. We would recommend this property

Great spot for a large group
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday (8 adults). The property was very spacious for our group, we loved the large kitchen/living room. The bedrooms were all a good size and the beds were comfortable. The location was great (15 min walk to broadway). The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but the towels and linens were dirty in some rooms (my white bathmat had lots of black stains and one comforter had stains on it). The floors were very dirty (our feet were black from walking barefoot) and the rug in the living room, although nice, was covered in stains. I would recommend this property for a large group, but would suggest bringing sandals to wear around the house.

Relaxing in Nashville's Gulch area
Located in a cluster of 3-story townhomes, this property offers unique and well-designed spaces to accommodate 3-5 couples or a guy's or gal's getaway. We were 3 couples in our 60s/70s/80s who walked to main Broadway venues in a casual 30 minutes several times in our 4 days there with no problem. Plenty of good places to eat on the way to Bway too. 2 large BRs have en suite bathrooms. Other 3 are smallish with bathrooms out in the hall. All BRs are adequate for a several day stay. Main level has large LR/kitchen with a long counter with 8 or so stools. Good kitchen appliances and plenty of dishes but limited glassware. We missed not having a dining table where folks can gather around but one on the roof seats 6. Nice jacuzzi on roof with more counters/stools and lounging chairs. Great views out to downtown, but new building next door overlooks roof. While interior space is well designed, construction was shoddy. After only 6-7 years, nails are popping out of the ceiling, tape joints are peeling, and floor tiles are coming loose. Not a big deal but it's ready for a repaint and refit. Single garage was quite wide but tight in length with HVAC, etc. there. Info provided for check-in was all we needed to get in. Good anticipation of what we would need to know and very friendly team. Response to a report of slow running drain was excellent. We would stay here again and the wife says she will be bringing her girlfriends for a long weekend.

Stayed at this property with coworkers during a recent work trip. If I could leave zero stars I would. The house was disgustingly dirty. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. Mold under the water dispenser. Dust everywhere. The pictures online do not show how used and abused this place is..it was embarrassing to host a work event and after contacting the host to have them come out and clean the next day to return to the property having not been cleaned. I would never stay at another Minty property.

Great stay
We had a group of teens and young adults. There was tons of room for everyone. It was a short walk to everything and we had fun renting scooters when we didn’t want to walk. The rooftop deck was great to watch the sunset!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication made everything so stress free. I reached out multiple times because I was from California and some plans had changed. They were so kind and accommodating. The only thing I would say though, is there are no extra sheets or towels. It’s always nice to have stuff on hand. Highly recommend!

Great Place to visit with the Fam
We have an annual family gathering with our adult kids. This place was great outside of the check in process. We enjoyed playing the arcade game the jacuzzi and the rooftop (we roasted marshmellows). We will have to do it again next year.

Great Bachelorette Party!
The stay minty location was awesome! It was large enough for 12 of us in a bachelorette party. It's in a great location and you can get fabulous pictures on the rooftop! It was clean, safe area, and close to downtown! It would have been awesome to have more towels and hangers. The beds are comfortable as well! We are a group in our 30s & 40s so being comfortable is important.

Overall great location, if I could make a few recommendations, the window shades in the bedrooms are not dark enough, there were Numerous small black ants in the kitchen. The king size room with attached bathroom on 3rd floor, friends said tub drained slow. Bathroom on second floor, Friends said sink drained slow. The doors front and back were not able to be locked, back door was easier to unlock, garage door was fine.

Just short of perfect
Was it perfect? No, but it was pretty damn close. They were very communicative before, during and after the stay. They offered a delivery service to have the fridge and bar fully stocked with food and drinks when you showed up. The house was clean top to bottom. Just as described in the ad. Beds were comfortable. The rooftop was great other than the firepit was a little lackluster, and the hot tub was low on water. I was scared I was going to break my glass shower doors because the hinges were off about a quarter inch. But other than those minor things we were very happy with our 5 day rental.

Loved it! Can’t wait for a return visit.
Gulch area was perfectly located near broadway and Music Row. Loved having three floors of space so rooms had some separation. Lots of pillows on beds and on sofas so always could get comfortable. Hot tub with a great view yet seemed private as well. Huge open kitchen for meal prep and still being close to family. Even added extra of setting up balloons and sign for birthday as well as lots of options to have food and alcohol and just about anything else we would need delivered as well. Best VRBO experience ever! They also kept good communication via text. Can’t wait to book with Stay Minty again.

Amazing Stay
Our family booked a weekend in Nashville for Christmas shopping and the Titans game Sunday afternoon. This was an amazing property, and a great location, with all the amenities guests could ask for during their stay. Shopping and restaurants were just a few blocks away in a safe neighborhood.
