Not the best, not the worst
There was a bachelorette party staying above us that was loud all night. Would have been nice to be warned that parties are allowed. The pull out couch bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable. My friend had to go buy an air mattress. The check in process was horrible and we were stuck outside for almost two hours after our check in time.

Wonderful extended weekend getaway
A great property and exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed for our weekend away. The speakeasy in the basement was incredible - we went a few times and the bartenders were very nice. Would love to stay at this property again.

21st Birthday Trip
We came for my daughter’s 21st birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. Only complaint was that the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Only slept there the first night then slept on the couch/chair/ floor. The location was amazing. The speakeasy in the basement was ridiculously fun and so cute!

Great Location and Price!
A friend and I stayed here Sunday through Wednesday and it was a great place. The apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed. The location is great and we never spent more than $9 on an Uber (which is about 10 minutes to Broadway). The train noise did not bother us, and I didn't even notice it. Also, if you plan. on swimming, the pool is much smaller than the pictures look like. Overall, the apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed.

Great stay
My husband and I came down to Nashville for our anniversary. I booked this little apartment for us to stay instead of another hotel, and we loved it!! It's super cute and conveniently located. We were close enough to downtown that we walked everywhere, but far enough out that traffic wasn't bad. Out only real complaint was that the pillows on the bed were not great. Other than that, we were very happy with everything. Definitely recommend if you're going to be in the Nashville area.

The 1865
Very neat property. Conveniently located. 7$ uber ride to downtown. The door code to the building did keep changing without notifying us which was inconvenient. I do wish the kitchen had at minimum the basic salt and pepper and cooking spray. Also the description should include what type of coffee maker. Keurig or drip to know what to buy at the store. I would still 100% recommend this property.

If you go to Nashville…stay here.
Myself and my 18 year old son drove to Nashville for a few days for a rock n roll concert. Make sure you pull close to the gate to enter the parking lot or you will sit there looking fooolish for a minute or two. The apartment was lovely. Very cool on the inside with an upscale feel and old world charm. You are so close to some stupendous BBQ too, a short drive down the road. Travel in and out of the City was a breeze as you are only about a mile from anywhere you could want to go downtown. Next time in town I know where we will stay again. In short very neat, clean, easy to get to, easier to get to town and a flawless process overall!!!! Well done!!! Ryan and Maxwell

Awesome little place
Everything was amazing! Loved the apartment in a whole for sure. They went above and beyond for little amenities which was cool. The only negatives I had was with check in. They sent me a text explaining what the door code to OUR door was, but no details on what the code was to even get into the building. We immediately tried to call and text the phone number provided in the text and it didn’t even go thru which was kind of scary. We contacted virbo and they contacted the renters. They should better explain there are two different codes for two different doors and what the codes are and HOW to use the locks. The outside one was absolutely hell every time using it. And lastly, the gate to enter the property. I’d suggest putting up a sign that states to pull all the way to the gate to activate the opening of it. We were so confused on what the entrance was or where until we watched someone go thru it.

Anniversary Getaway
If your into historical place to stay close to Broadway 1865 is your place. We were 10 minutes away from Broadway and 20-30 minutes away from other fun activities. The one bedroom apartment was exactly as it appeared on the internet.

Overall the condo was clean, layed out well, appropriately stocked, convenient location & secure. The big downside is the location next to two train tracks that run 24/7. Due to this we never slept well the entire time.

Work trip
I really enjoyed my stay over all. The location was pretty good, the apartment was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be booking again. The bed is firm but comfortable. The bedding was really nice. I have sensitive skin so rough sheets are a bain. I have in the past had to buy sheets but these were really good quality. The train really isn't bad. I live in the country so i was worried about the noise but i only noticed it once or twice. There are only 3 things to note that you might stop and consider before booking. 1) While the apartment as a whole is handicap accessible the tub isnt. Though i hope that gets fixed. 2) bedroom door doesn't latch so it won't stay closed. 3) only this apartment is managed by this particular company. You will need to contact the non emergency number for police if other tenants get too loud. I didn't have a problem until my last night. That being said the police were quick to respond. Overall I definitely recommend staying here.
