Modern but full of fruit flies
As advertised the unit was relatively new and modern. The listing states both beds are queen size - only one was. The amenities are a good walk from the unit. Our biggest issue with the property was the fruit flies - several garbage bins located behind the patio doors of this unit were overflowing from day 1- we opened the doors once and the rest of the week we fought the fruit flies inside . We were careful to remove our garbage daily and did not leave any dirty dishes or food out. Lastly, as mentioned in prior reviews- this place needs a thorough cleaning - walls , baseboards, doors and moldy shower curtain should be cleaned or replaced.

Nice townhouse but not many necessities
There wasn’t any water, no sheets on pullout couch or paper towels so we had to buy most of that. Walls were scuffed upped and marked before arrival. Overall nice townhome

Great Unit Conveniently Located in Nashville
The unit was very modern and nice!! Access was easy and seamless, and we were minutes from everywhere we needed to be downtown and at other attractions. There were TV's in the living room, as well as both bedrooms. The two master suites were perfect for our group!. The bathroom towels were plentiful, soft and fluffy, and the double head shower was amazing!! Unfortunately, the shower niche was so slanted, it would not hold our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. The toiletries provided were VERY SMALL!! The kitchen was well-appointed with nice dishes/glassware, cooking utensils, and cookware, but flatware was quite limited. There were also no hot mats and only one kitchen towel. The refrigerator was large, and we had all the ice we could have used. The single thermostat made it difficult to maintain comfortable temperatures on both levels. Also, the trash cans sitting next to the patio fence got a bit smelly by trash day. All-in-all, a great place to stay in Nashville!!

Great gathering place!
We had a small family and friends weekend get-together, and this was a perfect spot for it! Plenty of space for 10 of us to gather for an evening, as well as a great place for a few of us to stay. Very quiet, only heard the neighbors occasionally. The stairs are significant but we didn't mind them. Very convenient parking, it felt very safe. Walking distance from a great coffee shop. Well-appointed place throughout. The only concern was that it was a bit warmer upstairs than down, but that was manageable. We will definitely rent from them again!

Nashville Getaway
This place is perfect for two couples. The downstairs is roomy enough to hangout in after a day out on the town and we really loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean, quite, and only about a mile from bourbon street. This made ubering easy. We will most definitely use this team again. Thank you for making our trip so special!!

Good for a short stay
The property was good for the price, we however were not expecting the area around the trash cans to be so dirty and right outside of the back patio. We also did not expect people digging through the trash and asking us for things like food and drinks.

Great Stay for Vanderbilt Visit
We stayed in the property for three nights while our sons attended Vanderbilt Baseball Camp. Convenient, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Close to everything that we needed. We’ll stay again when in Nashville.

This was my first time in Nashville. The location was far enough from the Broadway chaos, but close enough for quick uber rides to downtown. Host was very responsive to our needs. Would consider staying there again.

Just right
Great stay while visiting Nashville. This location is ideally situated just outside of downtown, easy to drive or Uber to. The townhouse was perfect for our family of three - two and a half baths - such a luxury after being primarily hotel vacationers for years. Adequate space to camp out for late evenings and slow moving mornings. We didn’t venture out in our little area, but there were coffee shops and eateries we weee curious about. Clean property, plenty of parking and quiet neighbors. The only issue we had was some loud neighbors our last night. Being home owners we didn’t realize how spoiled we are with not sharing walls with anyone. Overall great stay and I’d gladly use again.
