Wonderful property - Great location
We were in town for a college bowl game and this was the perfect location for our stay! Communication was great with the owners, place was very clean and well stocked. Minutes to downtown and the stadium. Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again!

Awesome property
This property was perfect for a large extended family. Close to broadway and lots to do. Communication with the property owner was quick and easy. I had a couple questions when we first arrived and they responded within minutes. Highly recommend!!!

Girls Trip
This was a fantastic place to host our girls trip! We enjoyed our stay and found that it met/exceeded all of our needs! The pillows on the beds were A+ (if someone wants to share where they were purchased we’d appreciate it!) The house accommodated all 6 of us very comfortably and gave everyone room to have privacy. The only complaints we had were ones shared previously, the couches/chairs are not comfortable at all and the lack of water pressurel. With 6 women, water pressure in all the bathrooms were an issue, even when only 1 shower was being used. Even with those minor issues, I would definitely book this property again!

I have to say we love the location of the house and was very spacious for are group of 8 house was very clean the only thing I would have to say is the living room furniture and the sitting room furniture is the most uncomfortable and not practical for sitting around as a group

Ideal Location
The location of this property was perfect for our needs. Easy access to downtown, our relatives in Franklin, and the airport. The only issue was the television as there is no live TV coverage. We could not watch news or football very disappointed in the lack of basic coverage! If it was available you should have instructions on how to view.

Gorgeous Place in an Eclectic Neighborhood
Seasoned Girlfriends Birthday Getaway and did we have the fun that any 30 somethings would envy, lol! First the place is breathtaking and furnishings comfortable. However, the steps were challenging for 70 somethings. We loved each bedroom and the rooftop patio. The Supper Club on Belcourt was a short distance as well as great shopping and entertainment.

Spacious, great location
We enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for (4) couples. Location was quiet neighborhood and convenient to downtown (only 10 min Uber ride) and grocery store/CVS just a short drive down the street. Rooftop seating was enjoyable for chatting and enjoying our morning coffee. A little trouble with the garage door opener, but owner responded immediately, and maintenance was sent out promptly to address the issue. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great place
The place is as advertised Spacious and great place I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. It’s 15 min from everywhere you want to go With krogers and fast food walking distance away Only knock I have is if you have full size pickup it won’t fit in garage and close door. But your in a safe neighbourhood so just left door open Place came with everything needed Already planning next year to rent all four with a large group of friends

Perfect location
Location was central to pretty much everything! We had two toddlers under 2 and it was noisy (high open ceilings - great look, but no sound buffer). Comfy beds! Sofas and chairs, not so much, but overall the place was great!

Easy nice stay
A week was perfect! We cooked breakfasts at home, had everything we needed. The Publix and Hattie B's was close by and the Uber was 10-20 a ride making it easy to get to town. The Condo was very well equipped and beautiful.

Berry Hill
This is very close to the city…a short 8 minute ride! The property is modern, clean, and well maintained. 8 adults were very comfortable, with plenty of “hangout” space, and very nice sized bedrooms. The property has a huge 2-car garage, so if you drive or rent a vehicle you will have no issues with parking. We loved the deck with gas firepit, and got a lot of use of this area. There is a grocery store, a Walgreens, a bank, a liquor store, and a bunch of other shopping, all within walking distance, which is very convenient when stocking up. It was a great stay, and we would stay here again!

Girls Nashville Trip
Our stay was great! The home was great for myself and 3 friends. Everyone had their own extremely comfortable bedroom and 2 of the 4 had the private y of their own bathroom as well. Really nice. We enjoyed the roof top space every evening. The location is away from the crowds but close enough to easily enjoy all Nashville has to offer. Would definitely stay again

This was a very nice place for the 6 of us for our long weekend in Nashville. Nice quiet location and pretty quick Uber ride to downtown. There was a few ants here and there but didn’t bother me. Also we’re a few small hornet nests in the upper outdoor seating area that I think might be a problem later on if they aren’t removed before getting big. But that outside patio area up top was pretty nice to hang out and relax. Overall real nice place to stay.
