Great stay

I stayed here with my team for a professional boxing match i had in Nashville.The owners were polite and responsive.The property was clean and quite spacious I definitely recommend if your looking for a spacious house to stay in were everyone has breathing room.If I have any future fights in Nashville I plan on booking this spot again if available.

Beautiful home but important parts need updated
Absolute gorgeous home but our stay turned out to be a disaster. We started out being told that the dishwasher wasn't working. That was fine since we were only going to be there 2 nights and ate out while we were there. Once we got there we realized the upstairs HVAC unit wasn't working. The property manager came by and then called in a HVAC company. They weren't able to fix it. Things break I get it but the only thing we were suggested to do was open the windows and given a report of what the weather should be that night. No offer to buy fans to be used and no offer of a refund (not even a partial refund). At this point, it wasn't even worth mentioning that the upstairs bathroom toilet had problems flushing and one of the bedroom fans didn't even have a chain to turn it on. I honestly felt that we were out of site out of mind to the property owner unless I pushed to talk to someone. Again, it's an absolutely gorgeous house but maintenance really needs to be done to the important things...like the HVAC system.

Our Nashville getaway
The decore was country music inspired which really went well to enhance our experience of Nashville. The house was well maintained and very quiet in the evening which allowed us to enjoy sleeping in. There were a couple minor issues that didn’t affect our stay but we let our representatives know so they can be fixed for the next renters. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay in the house it was perfect for what we needed would definitely book it again.

Great Location for Nashville Music Lovers
Close to airport and downtown. Easy to Uber to lots of fun places. Instruments in the house were a fun bonus for those of us that play. Lots of beds, so no need for our group of single adults to share. Quiet neighborhood.

The location was perfect to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner was wonderful. Response was very fast. The kitchen table could be fixed. It was wobbly. We made it work. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great Place for a Family
We enjoyed our stay here! Our family of seven (which includes 5 children) had plenty of space. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the showers had plenty of hot water and great pressure!

Overall, property did the job it was supposed to - provided somewhere quiet to reside. The property overall was not very clean - found crumbs from past bookings and the dishwasher was not unloaded. The pull out couches in the listing are not functional (you can only feel springs in the “mattress”) and no guest wants to sleep on an air mattress in the living room (air mattresses which we were not told about prior to booking). The location is perfect. I just wish we had a better idea of the sleeping arrangements and the cleaning company did a better job. Renter also requires you to do a lot of the cleaning prior to leaving the property.

Time to update some things, touch up paint, wash rugs, wash shower curtain (mold removal needed), new curtains, (holes, stains), dust vents, just the attention to details missed. At least three smoke detectors were on the floor or shelves in closets. Are they functioning? New art needed in the bathroom, or at least repair the existing, it’s literally falling apart. Shutters in living room need repaired. We loved the space and location. This place has the potential be a gem. Little touches like tissues, dishcloths, dish towels would have been appreciated.

We had a wonderful time. The house we stayed in was very nice and clean and plenty of space for all of my guests. We had a small problem with one of the beds and the owner had it fixed the next day.

Good for groups
Kitchen well equipped but we always bring our own electric fry pan for breakfasts. All spices, bags, paper towels, toweling there ~ less to bring from home. Would have love an extra queen size bed in basement as we had 4 couples and adult children along. Great to have extra refrigerator/kitchen in basement when making meals in the AM. Grill worked great. Firepit a plus on ground level. Bring leave blower if Fall as leaves were all over deck & hard to not track inside. Would like tv in bedrooms to help fall asleep but that is just a wish/want. Great location as we went to multiple areas in Nashville ~ can uber everywhere.

Great house!
We were a big group of 12 people, 4 different households. The house was nice, clean and in a great neighborhood. We did have a minor hiccup, but we texted them and they resolved it in no time! They were helpful, courteous and wanted to make sure our stay was on point. We did damage one item, replaced it and notified them. Communication is key and we appreciate it very much! Thank you!
