Unquestionably one of the most luxurious, large Pier homes to feature a huge parking area and green-grass back yard available for your family vacation or special event . The eight Bedrooms have all new, comfortable spring-mattress beds for each guest. (no sleeper sofas or futon beds here!). In total. the house accommodates up to 20 people in air-conditioned comfort. Guests will sleep in sparkling clean, freshly laundered, already made-up beds with full towel sets for each guest. 
The Fully Equipped Remodeled Kitchen is complete with dinnerware, cookware and utensils for all your guests. Plus, we've added a fantastic new separate Breakfast/Coffee/Wine Bar Kitchenette and lounge area on the 2nd floor. Make memories while enjoying meals together outside or in our inside dining room. Relax and have your special event catered. We will provide a list of wonderful caterers and tent companies to provide a memorable, catered event inside or outside in the large, sunny backyard.
Outdoor living at the property is unparalleled being only one block to the beach. We provide a large wheeled beach cart to carry all the beach gear you may need, right to your favorite spot by the waves. Of course, everyone will enjoy the large deck and dining tables to accommodate each person in your group. Additionally, a guest favorite is the large tiled, adjacent patio with outdoor seating nestled under the shade of a massive maple tree. The new gourmet Weber Grill plus a smaller traditional Weber is large enough to prepare favorite summer meals for all to savor. Also, there is an outside upper deck on the 2nd floor and a huge back yard lawn for outside games and sports. Of course, after a day at the beach, refresh yourself with a warm outdoor shower.
Wireless Internet and large HDTVs throughout will meet all of your entertainment and communication needs.  Watching favorite movies or streaming channels on either of the 3 
Large HDTVs will accommodate your group's most diverse entertainment choices. Adults can watch shows or listen to music in air-conditioned comfort and luxury in the large living room or separate Coffee Bar and kids will enjoy their own entertainment area in the "Angel Room".
Easily Accommodates Elderly Guests with only 3 steps to the large deck and one more step into the first-floor kitchen entrance. A new Ensuite Master Bedroom adjoins a new washer/dryer laundry room. The large bathroom features an easy-enter, walk-in shower - no tubs to climb over! The 2nd floor suite, with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, large living/gathering room and modern kitchenette has its own entrance. The 3rd floor has four bedrooms and a tiled, walk-in shower.
