property fine, but after dispute no communication with owner, he wont discuss or try and resolve.
First after we arrived it took us an hour to locate the apartment due to only being given photos rather than the actual number. We tried to text and ring the owner but no response. Once in, the apartment itself was nice. Although there was no bed linen or towels. It is stated in his advert that there would be. Also no iron or ironing board. As it was extremely late we managed to buy some beach towels to sleep on. After leaving and returning home we were expecting there to be no problems and assumed that our deposit would be returned. We were shocked when the owner had withheld 40 euros for cleaning. He was quite rude saying that we had left the apartment in an awful mess and is in disrepair, (This was laughable but actually was incredibly upsetting then and still to this day). This was most upsetting as this was so no the case at all. We had washed up and put away, all the rubbish was in the bin. etc. The only thing was there was a few crumbs on the floor and the bin was full. But as we had paid 20 euros for cleaning we knew that this would cover a quick hoover and emptying the bin. After all there was no linen to launder as the owner had neglected to leave any and wouldn't respond to any contact we tried. Also there had been the previous guests food still in the fridge and freezer. So sorry but I would recommend the apartment but I wouldn't risk it as he will keep your money for no reason whatsoever...So this man has had 60 euros of our money to hoover and empty a bin. This is absolutely ridiculous.
We have taken a while to write this review as we have emailed this owner several times hoping to resolve this, but after his initial rude email in reply to our first we haven't heard from him again.
