Perfect getaway
Very clean, comfortable & well stocked cottage in a great location. It was nice to have a dock right there that we could tie our rented boat up to. Left the car parked & walked where we needed to go. The owners were great- friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to find an item we lost and made sure we got it back. Highly recommend and hope to make it back for another stay!

Goodland is a quirky little spot. We enjoyed walking and biking to the waterholes. Just a short drive to Marco. Was relaxing to sit by the water and watch the boats, birds and dolphins 😊

Best ever
I have fallen in love with Goodland Fl. The cottage is cute, well stocked with the stuff we actually need on vacation and the cottage was clean clean. The host was fabulous, helped us and checked to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Everything in the cottage worked, ++ comfortable bed! All of this was wonderful but the view tops all of it. Sitting on the lawn chairs, overlooking the bay, watching Dolphins jumping, Eagles chasing Ospreys, Pelicans and birds birds birds..... listening to the soft reggae coming from the restaurant while a soft tropical breeze blew and watched the sunset.... heaven! I'll be back :-)

First florida vacation
We stayed in Goodland, did so many amazing things, Everglades city is cool, south marco beach was so beautiful at sunset. The property is absolutely worth every penny! It has its own boat dock, comes with kayaks, there are chairs ro sit on at the dock for your morning coffee. It also comes.with 2 bicycles and washer, dryer, extra towels, extra everythig and sooooooo clean! Our beach chairs broke the 3rd day we were there and the owner had someone in standby as she was in a different time zone , her assistant lived across the st and brought us chairs. Also my husband accidentally locked the keys in the house and the assistant lived across the st so she waled over and let us in. Such a convenient, quite, peaceful, breath takimf place and location. We will definitely be back! I highly highly highly recommend you stay here.

Down to Earth Awesome!
We chose Goodland to take advantage of the quiet community and the access to Nature. This VRBO is exactly as described and the location, dock and kayaks provide a unique, down to earth awesome vacation option. The suite is cute, very clean and had everything we needed for our three night stay. We loved the small town and the lively atmosphere of the bars and restaurants, live music at Stan's Idle Hour was Sunday Fun Day! We did a 7 mile paddle into Ten Thousand Islands Preserve and used the tides to our advantage. We found a deserted island near the Gulf and enjoyed a few hours on the beach waiting for the tide to turn. Dolphins 50 feet from the kayak made our journey magical. We drank coffee on the Adirondack chairs on the dock for sunrise each morning. Owner communication was excellent. Highly recommend this VRBO.

A nice stay
The cottage was very clean with a comfortable bed and nice towels and linens. The gifts left for us were a very welcoming touch. It was a bonus to have a community laundry right there at the unit. The kitchen is reasonably stocked but could use a few more pots and pans and more flatware. I’m glad to see the photos have been updated because when we originally booked, we didn’t realize that we were actually the middle of three units and not a single cottage . Overall a great rental that we would suggest to friends and visit again.

Nothing bad can be said about my stay here. I was looking for a nice weekend getaway with my girlfriend and my boat and I was not disappointed. This is a cute little place which is well maintained and super clean. They have nice little amenities such as a bikes, kayaks and a kitchen that has everything you need to make yourself a meal. (Minus the actual food of course). If you want to bring your boat there is a side yard which is plenty big for any size boat. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Alternative to Condo/Pool/Traffic Scene
A beautiful spot off Goodland Bay for nature lovers looking for a low-key alternative to the Marco condo/pool traffic scene. An ideal location for kayakers and paddle boarders- SUPS launched right from property. Accommodation was small but comfortable with an old-style beach cottage feel but with king bed and large screen tv. Best hosts ever, going out of their way to help if needed. Great location minutes from Everglades or Marco.
