Wonderful home & great hosts
This is a beautiful comfortable home with a private backyard. The location is great and the area is quiet. The hosts are quick to help. The house had very comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were lovely. There are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the sun or the shade. I hope we can return!

great property
Though it rained a lot first 2 days we were there, the house provided space for every one to spread out as well as visit. House was very well maintained. Only problem, was hot tub would not turn on. Owner reset once; but would not start the next day. House is convenient to tin city and downtown areas, as well as easy access to go other places. The Browns responded timely to any Texts we sent. Our family very much enjoyed stay and if we vacation in Naples again we will stay there again.

Julia was very accommodating with getting back to us. Check-in was extremely easy. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. One of the bedrooms had a wall unit that wasn’t working properly, but she had somebody come out quickly to fix the problem. More repairs may be needed, but she worked hard to make sure we had a great stay.

Guys Trip - Gold & Relaxing
From the start of the communication to book this property to checking out, everything was amazing! The property is excellent and is located near great golfing options and restaurants. Not to mention a great area for families as well. The spa and pool provided perfect relaxation after chasing balls all day. We enjoyed this opportunity of being together and yet the house provided wonderful bedrooms for each of us. Take the trip and book this house!

Very nice & comfortable
Heated pool and spa. King beds in every bedroom. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of bath and pool towels. My friends and I were very comfortable. However, the neighbors are definitely close and can hear your conversation while you’re in the pool area. They have chickens and goats as well. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Naples area due to its close proximity to great shopping and dining.

Amazing stay
We took our annual family vacation. This property was clean and well-stocked, and the hosts were terrific. They even put thought into games for children on rainy days. Everything was new and fresh. The most comfortable beds I ever slept on!! We will be returning.

Our trip went really well! The house was located on a secluded lot with lots of trees for privacy. The house had everything we needed. It was spacious and clean. The pool and outdoor patio were nice and inviting. We were pleased with the binder of suggestions and instructions to make our trip even easier.

Unfortunately we, the parents who rented your place for our family gathering, we not able to attend due to medical issues. However our children and grandchildren were able to enjoy your property. They expressed the home as nicely done and welcoming. The only issue that came up was that the hot tub was not heating. You did respond quickly to fix it.

Julia and Chuck are marvelous hosts. Extremely responsive to all requests. The location is perfect for access to all Naples has to offer. The house is comfortably furnished and outfitted with quality top of the line appliances and kitchen equipment. We're looking forward to returning next Winter.

Nice bute uncomfortable
First I’ll list the positives then the negatives. The property is very clean and nice. It has most everything you’d need. The fenced yard and doggy poop station is a great addition. Loved having 4 king sized beds. Pool area and whirlpool is great. Negatives… outdoor cameras are intrusive. My +21 daughters didn’t like sunbathing with a camera pointing at them. I understand the Ring doorbell. However a camera overlooking the patio and pool is creepy. Another camera is mounted on the master bathroom/shower window and has a floodlight. It goes off when you enter the bathroom without turning on the light. The shower window is made of clear glass blocks so there’s no way to block it for privacy. There is only a Kcup machine. So having 5 coffee drinkers got expensive. Also the Wi-Fi is not conducive for working. They said it should’ve been reset. However they have many many appliances and cameras that use it. There was no hot water the first day. I sent a message and it was turned on immediately. We discovered the hard way that you can run the dishwasher and then one person could shower before the hot water ran out. I suspect it defaults to vacation mode when it’s reset via Wi-Fi. There’s no way to manually adjust it on the heater unit. It just says “Wi-Fi “. This is a nice place but they have a few things to modify before a family would feel completely comfortable.

This property is perfect in every way! Great location. Wonderfully decorated. Every kitchen utensil and then some, in place. Perfect pool. Lovely lanai. So many hangers in the closet. King beds in every room. We will be back!
