Total disappointment
Immediately after entering I was hit by a wave of heat when the temperature was 80 degrees. I felt stuffiness in the rooms. No ice in the fridge. The balcony was full of cobwebs. In one bedroom the mattress was definitely too soft. In the master bedroom it was very comfortable. The sofa was old and sagging. And the biggest problem was the cold water in the pool. I hope that the amount I paid for heating the pool will be refunded. Although I complained that the water was cold, no one did anything about it. And I was also shamelessly lied to that the water is heated at night and turned off during the day. Someone is playing a fool out of me. I have a pool myself and I know how it works. During my entire stay I killed 8 cockroaches. I am disappointed with this stay and I do not recommend it to anyone.
