Great communication with host ande super accommodating. Property needs minor maintenance repairs , contacted host with some issues and concerns and his property manager came over within the hour. “This place served its purpose and was very cost-efficient for two couples going to the lantern festival and golfing in the Poconos for the weekend. Home was a little outdated and dirty (small bugs, dust, etc) but everything was functioning. There is no A/C so it was a little warm. Kitchen cookware was outdated and no spices, so make sure you bring salt and pepper if you are planning to cook. Shower handle was loose but worked and upstairs sink is slow to drain.”

“Family getaway, check in process was smooth, communication with property manager was easy, we blew a fuse and had to be directed to the basement to reset it during our stay. Wish the description told us there was no direct access to the hot tub, you had to walk around the house or down icy deck steps (from dripping gutter and freezing weather conditions). We were made aware that the hot tub watercolor would be different due to the chemicals but here was a brown film around the water edge. ...

“The house is great and matches up with the pictures. It is definitely secluded with the last half mile or so being dirt roads, so be careful if there's bad weather. The cleaning people did a good job before we got there even with a quick turnaround from the last group that stayed.The kitchen is well stocked with decent pots and pans and lots of cooking utensils and knives that were actually mostly sharp. The grounds are extensive and some of our group made use of the trails they've cut around...
