“It's a wonderful property for a nice family get away. We were there when the weather started to dip but still enjoyed a photo session by the lake. I can imagine how much more we could do in summer. The two houses provided a nice break between elderly adult women who went to bed early and my nieces who were in their mid 20's to hang out and tell stories. “This cabin was exactly the privacy and lack of inernet/cell service we desperately needed. Spacious enough that we're debating bringing a group next time! Some of the old VHS tapes and equipment/anemities were like a step back in time. Quiet, charming, and within driving distance (30-40 miles) of many great hiking spots and food. “We booked this location because it was close to the Birkie trail and had a hot tub! We loved the views to the lake. It very comfortably and easily fit 4 adults and 3 young kids. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the 2 living room areas were great to spread out. The 2 bathrooms upstairs were much more updated while the lower bath had some retro basement vibes but very clean and no complaints! We went sledding out the front of the cabin and it was only 10 minutes drive to one...
