“I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!...

“L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme entouré d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services sont excellents, et l'établissement est bien entretenu et propre. Même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pendant quelques jours en raison d'une panne, l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial en nous offrant un petit-déjeuner. “We had to leave and had to make a new reservation at a different hotel. We drove in and waited at the gate for 15 minutes and in pitch darkness before someone came to open the gate. The gate is almost a quarter mile away from the main buildings. We honked multiple times and I had to leave the safety of my car to knock at the gate.
