Este es uno de los dos apartamentos modernos y lujosos recientemente renovados con una amplia sala de estar de planta abierta con cocina de lujo totalmente equipada con puerta francesa que conduce a un área de terraza privada con vista al jardín donde puede relajarse mientras desayuna o mira la puesta de sol con una copa de vino. Fuera de la sala de estar hay un dormitorio de buen tamaño que se puede configurar como una cama doble o una cama doble extragrande. Hay un espacio de armario y cajones más que adecuado y un lujoso cuarto de baño con ducha. Todas las toallas y ropa de cama se suministran junto con champú, gel de ducha, etc. La sala de estar contiene un sofá cama ideal para niños. TENGA EN CUENTA que es una cama doble de 3/4 y no es adecuada para dos adultos. La cocina está totalmente equipada con horno y vitrocerámica, nevera / congelador, lavadora, microondas, cafetera, etc. Hay TV de pantalla plana y DVD en cada habitación. Hay dos secadoras de aire caliente en la casa para uso de los huéspedes. También hay una gran sala de estar comunitaria separada donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse y ver películas en 3D o tocar el teclado o una selección de guitarras si así lo desean. Wi-Fi gratis

Looking forward to a Sping Visit
I stayed over the Christmas and New Years holiday. The host went above and beyond decorating my room, stocking my fridge with everything I might need. He even took me on a wonderful day excursion.

Fantastic stay in Nairn
We couldn't have been more pleased with the Annex unit number 1. Everything was clean and our hosts were very friendly and accessible. Everything we could have possibly wanted for a 4 day stay was provided. Our host (Leslie) even went to the effort of adding some kitchen staples for us milk, eggs, bacon, breads, fruit). On top of that he also recognized our anniversary with a very nice card and bottle of champagne. So very unexpected but very appreciated. I strongly recommend this facility for your next stay around Inverness or Culloden. Thanks Leslie !!!!

Cozy apartment with minor restrictions
A somewhat outdated (recently renovated ??!) apartment, which is rented and managed by a friendly older gentleman. The cozy two-room apartment with a small, separate bathroom contains everything you could expect to cope with everyday life, although preparing extensive meals is difficult or impossible because some kitchen appliances are missing. Even if the existing ones are of poor quality and some are not usable (pans), you can still prepare simpler dishes without any problems. Fortunately, and in keeping with British-Scottish politeness, some basic food items were already available (coffee, bread, bacon, eggs), so no additional effort was necessary on the day of arrival. The apartment was clean, but not pure: there is a need for minor improvement in many corners, starting with the moldy corners of the bathroom, a missing wardrobe, and squeaky door latches. Also not so convincing was the fact that the owner apparently entered the apartment several times while we were away - without asking first. Nevertheless, a beautiful garden, a wooden terrace - also a bit outdated - and the silence of the apartment were good. In connection with the extensive tourist offer and the massive effort that the owner had put into the apartment and the various, self-created brochures for tours in the area, it is still a total of 4 stars.

Second time there!
We stayed here 5 years ago and returned. I think that says a lot :). The Annex is in a perfect little spot, and has everything we need. Bed is comfy, space is cozy, and feels like home. Besides the conveniences, Leslie is amazing. Great communication, willing to help with whatever you need. And had some items for breakfast there!… which was wonderful after a late night arrival. He is honestly just a wonderful man, and this time was hard to leave! He has become like family. I hope we can return soon.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestrips in die Highlands.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und bietet grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nairn ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, die am Meer einen wunderschönen Sandstrand bietet. Nairn ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestrips in Richtung Highlands.

Perfect location
My daughter & 16 yr old granddaughter & I are from the US. We wanted to see some of the Scottish Highlands so decided to travel as far as the trains from London would take us which was this enchanting small town of Nairn. Our host Leslie was more than accommodating and his apartment kitchen was complete with everything we needed to cook for ourselves including plenty of breakfast food with the best fresh eggs. Be sure you take advantage of the town’s beach. My daughter lives near the beach in FL & found this one most attractive. We recommend making reservations at Golf View Hotel’s lovely restaurant for dinner one evening. Great food & beautiful sunsets off the beach. We hope to come back one day

First impression is that the owner needs to engage help as it needs a good deep clean throughout Far too much artificial /real plants and ornaments add to the huge amount of clutter in guest sitting room of property which needs a major update. Items in flat look and feel very old and over used. His keenness to please is charming but no answer to poor standards.

Leslie greeted us, explained everything, had basic food available and had excellent prepared information for anything you may want to do in Northern Scotland. Beautiful garden , great shower, fully stocked kitchen and a host that cares for his guests, what more can one ask for? We hope to return when we can stay longer.
